今日は M さんのお宅でスマートフォン契約の手伝いをしました。これまで使ってこられた携帯電話からの乗り換えになります。最近は格安なキャリアがでてきたので携帯電話と同じか、それ以下の料金でスマートフォンを利用することができます。M さんと一緒にキャリアを比較検討し、機種を決めて注文、乗り換えの契約を済ませることができました。これらの作業が自宅でできました。わざわざ店頭に行く必要もなくて便利です。今度はスマートフォンが来たら、その使い方をサポートします。クルミは夏のベッドに入れ替えてもらってご機嫌です。今日もクルミは元気に遊んでいました。

Today I helped with a smartphone contract at M-san’s house. It will be a transfer from the mobile phone that M-san has been using so far. Recently, inexpensive carriers have appeared, so we can use our smartphone for the same or less than the mobile phone fee. I was able to compare carriers with M-san, decide on a model, place an order, and complete a transfer contract. These tasks were done at home. It’s convenient because we don’t have to go to the store. Next time, when a smartphone arrives, I will support how to use it. Kurumi is happy to have the replacement with a summer bed today. Kurumi was playing well today as well.

昨夜、クルミは熟睡しました。今朝、起きてからも眠そうです。私たちが食事をしている間、カートの中でおとなしく眠っていました。今日は雨の一日、近くで買い物をして帰ることとしました。地方のスーパーマケットに行くと、珍しい食材を見つけることができます。今回、私たちはお米を買うことにしました。東京では買えないお米、美味しいことでしょう。高速道路で帰る途中、サービスエリアで一休みしました。ツバメの巣にはもう子ツバメの姿が見えました。

Kurumi slept deeply last night. He feels sleepy even after waking up this morning. He slept quietly in the cart while we were eating. Today was a rainy day and I decided to go shopping nearby. If we go to a local supermarket, we can find rare ingredients. This time we decided to buy rice. Rice that I can’t buy in Tokyo will be delicious I hope. On my way home on the highway, We took a rest in the service area. I saw a baby swallow in the swallow’s nest.

幸い、雨が降る天気ではなく、軽井沢での一日を過ごすことができています。ハルニエテラスに行ってみました。梅雨の季節のデコレーションでしょうか、傘が吊るされていて、思わず写真を撮ってしまいます。平日は人出が少ないのでのんびりとそして安全に過ごすことができます。森の中を散策してからベーカリーのテラスでコーヒータイムとしました。近くにこのような所があったら毎日来てしまう。と言った妻に、たまに来るから新鮮で良いんだよ、きっと。と応えてしまいました。いつもならクルミは眠っている時間でしたが、今日は外に連れ回しています。夜は熟睡のことでしょう。

Fortunately, We were able to spend the day in Karuizawa instead of the rainy weather. I went to Harunire Terrace. Perhaps it’s the decoration of the rainy season, the umbrellas are hanging and I take a picture. Since there are few people on weekdays, we can spend our time leisurely and safely. After walking in the forest, we had coffee time on the terrace of the bakery. If there is such a place nearby, I will come every day that my wife said. I’m sure it’s okay to be nice because we come here once in a while that I said to her. Normally Kurumi was sleeping, but today I’m taking him outside. He will be a deep sleep at night I am sure.

緊急事態宣言が解除されていることを予測して軽井沢へのドライブを計画していました。残念ながら緊急事態宣言は延長されてしまいましたが、ドライブを決行することとしました。宿泊施設でも感染対策が十分に行われていますし、人が多く集まる所へいくこともありません。たまにはのんびり、家事から開放されたくなりました。途中、清里高原に寄って、エレンさんを訪ねました。先週の金曜にワンコとお別れしたという悲しい知らせを聞きました。私たちだから話せると言っていただいたことを嬉しく思います。クルミは移動で少し疲れたかも知れません。早めに夕食にします。

I was planning to make a trip to Karuizawa in anticipation that the state of emergency had been lifted. Unfortunately, the state of emergency has been extended, but we decided to go. Kurumi may be a little tired from moving. I’ll give dinner to him early.

夜通し Windows update を走らせておいて、朝から再起動させました。すると、次の Update が始まりました。Windows の更新には手間がかかります。特に会社のパソコンだと、グループポリシーとかがあり、自宅からでも VPN 接続をしないと更新ソフトを入れることができません。今回の更新は会社の環境にいると長時間かかるので、全員のパソコンが更新されるのはいつになるか分かりません。今日は自宅で仕事をしていました。散歩に出る以外は家の中でしたが、クルミと遊ぶ時間も短い一日になってしまいました。

I ran Windows update all night and restarted it in the morning. Then the next Update started it surprised me. Updating Windows can be a hassle. Especially for company computers, there is a group policy, and I cannot install update software even from home without using a VPN connection. This update takes a long time in the company environment, so I don’t know when everyone’s computer will be updated. I was working from home today. I was at home except for a walk, but I had a short day playing with Kurumi.

クルミはトリミングとシャンプーの日でした。前回から 5 週間経過していたのでさっぱりしました。クルミは比較的犬の匂いを持っていて、少し気になっていました。さっぱりして、でも疲れたようです。これから暑くなるので次回は 4 週間後に予約をしてきました。会社のパソコンを自宅に持ち帰りました。Windows のアップデートに時間がかかっているので、家で電源を入れたまま、しばらく様子を見ようと思います。今回のアップデートは時間が長くかかる人が多いようで、ネットでも苦労されている記事を見ることができました。

It is a day of trimming and shampooing for Kurumi. It’s been 5 weeks since the last time, so it was refreshing. Kurumi has a relatively dog-like scent and I was a little noticed these days. It’s refreshing, but it seems tired to him. It will be hot from now on, so next time he made a reservation four weeks later. I took my office computer to home. It’s taking a long time to update Windows, so I’ll keep it at home and watch for a while. This update seems to take a long time for many people, and I was able to see articles that are struggling online.

クルミはイチゴの香りが分かるようで、イチゴが実ると近くに寄っていきます。今日のデザートにこのイチゴを食べさせてやります。犬に与えて良い果物としてイチゴ、りんごなどがあり、クルミは大好きです。TENGU Coffee のオーナーと話していて、タケヤのコーヒージャーを Amazon で購入することにしました。水出しコーヒーを手軽に作れます。密閉できるので、このまま横にして冷蔵庫に入れられるのが嬉しいです。抽出には 8 時間程度が必要と思われますので、明日の朝が楽しみです。

Kurumi seems to have a strawberry scent, and he comes closer to the fruit. I’ll feed this strawberry to today’s dessert. Strawberries and apples are good fruits to give to dogs, and Kurumi loves them. I was talking to the owner of TENGU Coffee and decided to buy a Takeya coffee jar through Amazon. I can easily make watered coffee. It can be sealed, so I’m happy that it can be placed in the refrigerator as it is. It will take about 8 hours to extract, so I’m looking forward to tomorrow morning.

今日は暑くなりました。この時期、気温の変化が激しく、体調を悪くすることも少なくありません。四季がある日本では 2, 5, 8, 11 月の下旬は季節の変わり目となります。今朝は紫陽花が目に止まりました。幸いにも今週は梅雨に入ることはありませんでしたが、来週の後半は雨が多くなるようです。今日もクルミは庭にでて遊んでいました。道ゆく人を見ては吠えていました。

It’s getting hot today. During this period, the temperature changes drastically, and it is not uncommon for people to feel sick. In Japan, we have four seasons, the end of February, May, August, and November is the turning point of the season. Hydrangea caught my eye this morning. Fortunately, the rainy season did not start this week, but it seems that it will rain more in later of next week. Kurumi was playing in the garden today. He was barking when he saw the people on the road.

今日、私は義妹の車 HONDA N-ONE にドライブレコーダーを取り付ける作業をしました。昼食の前後、3 時間かかりました。リアカメラまでの配線を通すのが大変です。リアのハッチバック部にある既存の配線経路を通しますが、コネクターの大きさがゴムブッシュ部を通すのに苦労しました。無事に取り付けが終わり、義妹は安心して帰っていきました。気温が上がってきた今日はクルミと庭で遊ぶことができて、クルミも満足の一日でした。

Today, I was working on installing a drive recorder on my sister-in-law’s car, the HONDA N-ONE. It took 3 hours before and after lunch. It is difficult to pass the wiring to the rear camera. I passed the existing wiring path in the rear hatchback part, but the size of the connector made it difficult to pass through the rubber bush part. The installation was completed safely, and my sister-in-law returned with peace of mind. Today, when the temperature was rising, I was able to play with Kurumi in the garden, and he was satisfying.

昨日の夜、晴れていたら見ることができた皆既月食。月と地球の距離が最も短い満月と重なるのは珍しいことでした。曇天のため、私が住む地域では見ることができませんでした。一眼レフカメラの電池を充電して待機していたのですが、残念です。今日は朝から雨の一日でした気温が低く、肌寒い日となりました。こんな日、クルミは丸くなって眠っています。

The total lunar eclipse that I could see if it was sunny last night. It was unusual for the moon to overlap with the shortest distance to the earth and full moon condition. Due to the cloudy weather, I couldn’t see it in the area where I live. I was waiting after charging the battery of my digital camera, but I couldn’t. Today was a rainy day from the morning, and the temperature was low and it was a chilly day. On such a day, Kurumi is sleeping well.
