今日は 6 月の第三土曜日で父の日でした。夕方、海外に住む息子夫婦と Face Time で顔を見ながら会話することができました。私にはこのひと時が一番の贈り物でした。彼らの顔を見ることができて、会話ができて、本当に嬉しい時間でした。きっとまた会える日が来ると願っています。クルミは今朝も早くに起きてきました。楽しい一日でした。

Today was Father’s Day on the third Saturday of June. In the evening, I was able to have a face-to-face conversation with my son and his wife they live overseas via FaceTime application. This moment was the best gift for me. It was a really nice time to see their faces and have a conversation. I hope we can meet again very soon. Kurumi got up early this morning. It was nice day we had.

今朝から雨の一日となりました。気温が低く、少し肌寒く感じられます。午後、先日スマホを手に入れられた M さんのサポートをしました。これまでの携帯会社を乗り換えたことで、携帯のメールアドレスが使えなくなりました。IPS のメールアドレスに変更してもらうことを通達する必要があります。また、スマホ iPhone とパソコン Outlook の見え方が異なっているので、その設定変更をする必要があります。涼しいためかクルミは外に出ようとしません。私が庭の掃除をするのでついてきたのですが、直ぐに部屋に戻ってしまいました。

虫歯の治療で歯医者に行きました。6 年程度前に治療した歯が悪くなってしまいました。神経に近い所を治療したのでとても痛かったです。待合室に飾られていた花が綺麗で、辛い気持ちを和らげてくれます。午後はクルミを連れて買い物に行きました。クルミはカートが動く度に足踏みを始めます。まるで自分で歩いているかのようです。今週も金曜になってしまいました。人間は 20 歳が折り返しの年齢と聞きました。20 歳になるまでの時間感覚とその後の長さを感じるのが同じとか。まったくその通りです。

I went to a dentist to treat cavities. My tooth, which I treated about 6 years ago, has deteriorated. It was very painful because I treated the area near the nerve. The flowers displayed in the waiting room are beautiful and will relieve my painful feelings. In the afternoon, I went shopping with Kurumi. He starts to step every time the cart moves. It’s like walking on his own. It’s Friday already this week. I have heard that 20 is the turning age of human in terms of time feeling. It’s the same feeling of time until the age of 20 and the length after that. That’s exactly right I think.

今朝もクルミは早くに起きました。私たちの寝室が暑いのかも知れません。リビングに連れていくとソファーの上で眠ってしまいました。幸い雨が降りそうになかったので、午後、公園を散歩しました。そしてカフェのテラスで一休み。平日の午後にもかかわらず、ここのカフェは賑わっていました。涼しい風に吹かれて、とても良い息抜きができました。

Kurumi got up early this morning as well. Maybe our bedroom is hot for him. When I took him to the living room, he fell asleep on the sofa immediately. Fortunately it didn’t seem to rain, so we took a walk in the park this afternoon. Then take a break on the terrace of the cafe. Even the weekday afternoon, the cafe here was busy. We were able to take a very good break at the place with nice cool wind.

今日はクルミの夕食を少し早めにしてもらい、妻と二人で外食にでかけました。今月は二人とも誕生日があるので、それを祝っての食事会です。緊急事態宣言が発せられているのでレストランでの酒類提供はありません。また、時短営業なので、少し早めに私たちも夕食です。これまでに感謝して、またこれからも健康で、そして幸せに過ごしていきます。クルミは白内障が進行してきているようで少し心配です。クルミと一緒、家族で暮らしていきます。

Today I asked Kurumi takes his supper a little earlier and went out to dinner with my wife. Both of us have a birthday this month, so it’s a dinner party to celebrate it. There is no liquor served at the restaurant as a state of emergency has been issued. Also, because it is open in a short time, we also have dinner a little earlier than usual. I am grateful to both of us so far, and we will continue to be healthy and happy. Kurumi has cataracts seem to become worse. We will live with our family with Kurumi.

梅雨に入った翌日ですが、今日は朝から晴れていました。散歩をしていると夏の花が目につくようになりました。先月に続けて、献血の依頼がきたのでセンターに行ってきました。今日の針も痛かったです。でも、私の血小板が誰かのためになると思えば痛さも忘れることができます。クルミは今日も元気に遊んで早く寝てしまいました。クルミの寝顔を見ていると今日の疲れも癒やされます。

It was the day after the rainy season, but today it was sunny from the morning. When I was taking a walk, I now see summer flowers. Continuing from last month, I went to the center because I received a request for blood donation. Today’s needle also hurt. But if I think my platelets are good for someone, I can forget the pain. Kurumi played well today and fell asleep early. Looking at his sleeping face will heal today’s tiredness.

朝、起きてから最初にやることはコーヒーを淹れることです。近くの店で買ってきた豆をミルで挽きます。ペーパードリップでゆっくりとコーヒーの香りを楽しみながらポットに落とします。今朝も澄んだ良い色のコーヒーを淹れることができました。今日は会社に行く日でしたからクルミとの時間はあまり持てませんでした。夕食の後、少し遊んでいたら、クルミはおもちゃに囲まれて眠ってしまいました。今日、梅雨入りしました。これからしばらく雨の季節となります。

The first thing to do after waking up in the morning is to brew coffee. Grind the beans I bought at a nearby store with a mill. Slowly drop it into the pot while enjoying the aroma of coffee with a paper drip. I was able to brew clear and nicely colored coffee this morning again. Today was the day I went to the office, so I didn’t have much time with Kurumi. After dinner, playing for a while, Kurumi fell asleep surrounded by toys. It’s raining today. It will be rainy season for a while.

今朝も早くから起きたクルミはリビングで寝直してしまいました。クルミは何かに触れていないと安心しないようで、クッションの間に潜り込んで寝ていました。散歩にでようとした時、家の前で小さな蛇と遭遇しました。ここに住んで 20 年以上になりますが、蛇を見たのは初めてです。この先、天気が悪くなるという予報なので、庭の芝を刈ることにしました。芝には肥料を蒔いたのでクルミは庭に出るのは諦めです。湿度が高い今日は家の中でクルミと遊ぶことにしました。

Kurumi got up early this morning but fell asleep again in the living room. Kurumi doesn’t seem to be relieved unless he touched something, so he sneaked between the cushions and slept. When I was going out for a walk, I saw a small snake in front of my house. I’ve lived here for over 20 years, but it’s the first time I’ve seen a snake. Since it is forecast that the weather will be bad in this week, I decided to mow the lawn in the garden. Kurumi has given up going out to the garden because I have sowed fertilizer on the grass. Today, when the humidity is high, I decided to play with Kurumi at home.

2 年前に自分で取り付けたドライブレコーダーの位置を変更してみました。助手席のサンバイザーが干渉してしまっていました。気になっていたのですが、粘着テープを外すことを考えると手を出せずにいました。今朝、意を決して作業に取り掛かりました。今度は助手席のサンバイザーを下げても後方カメラに干渉することはありません。オープンになる私の車にとって、このドライブレコーダーは 1 台で前後両方の画像を撮影してくれるので重宝しています。ついでにカメラのファームウェアを最新版に更新しました。クルミは今日も早起きでした。よく遊んでよく食べて、早く寝てしまいました。

I was curious, but I couldn’t touch it when I thought about removing the adhesive tape. This morning, I was decided finally to rework. This time, lowering the sun visor in the passenger seat will not interfere with the rear camera. For my car, which will be open, this drive recorder is useful because it can take both front and rear images. I also updated the camera firmware to the latest version. Kurumi got up early today as well. He played a lot, ate a lot, and fell asleep early.

今日も暑い日でした。梅雨入りはもう少し先になりそうです。数日暑い日が続いたので庭の草花にたっぷりと水を撒いてやりました。クルミは今日も早起きで、朝 4 時に起きてきました。私も一緒に起きて、昨日届いたメッセージの返信を書くことにしました。誕生日に多くの友人からメッセージが届くと嬉しくなります。アメリカに住む友人からは毎年、カードが送られてきます。手紙が添えられています。私も彼女の誕生日には手紙を送っています。年に数回の連絡なのですが、これからも大切にして生きていきます。

It was a hot day today as well. The rainy season is likely to come a little further. It was hot for a few days, so I gave plenty of water on the flowers in the garden. Kurumi got up early today and got up at 4am. I decided to get up with him and write a reply to the message I received yesterday. I’m happy to receive messages from many friends on my birthday. Every year, my friend who lives in the United States sends me a card. A letter is attached. I also send a letter on her birthday. I contact with her a few times in a year, but I will continue to keep for my life.
