天気予報ではこの先は暖かくなる一方で、寒さが戻ることは無いようです。今日も暖かい日となり、桜は散り始めました。直ぐにまた暑い夏がやってくることでしょう。太陽の暖かさに誘われてクルミと庭で遊びました。来週は息子夫婦が来ます。この週末は準備の買い出しに行きます。

朝の散歩では多くの花を見ることができる季節になりました。そして、遠くに目をやると桜の木を見つけることができます。満開を過ぎた桜からは花びらが舞っています。午後、クルミと一緒に公園に出かけてみました。ここにも多くの桜の木があります。そして、花びらがピンクの絨毯のように芝の上を飾っていました。一日、長い時間クルミと一緒にいることができました。帰宅して庭にいると K さんがモモちゃん（12歳のトイプードル）を連れて立ち寄ってくれました。モモちゃんは心臓に病気があって、来週の火曜日に手術をすることにしたそうです。小さな体です。無事に治療ができてまた元気に遊びにきてくれることを願います。
It is the season when I can see many flowers on my morning walk. And if I look far away, I can find the cherry trees. Petals are fluttering from the cherry blossoms that have passed the full bloom. In the afternoon, I went to the park with Kurumi. There are many cherry trees here as well. And the petals adorned the grass like a pink carpet. I was able to stay with Kurumi for a long time all day long. When we got home and were in the garden, K-san stopped by with Momo-chan (12-year-old toy poodle). Momo-chan has a heart disease and decided to have an operation next Tuesday. It’s a small body. I hope that she will be able to treat herself safely and come back to play well with us.
今日は朝から夕方までリモートワークで多くの会議に参加していました。昼は中国上海の人と話しましたが、彼は 1 ヶ月の間街がロックダウンなので自宅で生活しているとのことでした。夕方は欧州の人と近況を話し合っています。話題はどうしてもコロナウイルスの感染になってしまいます。日本でもまた BA2 の感染が広がってきました。コロナウィルスの感染拡大、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻、いずれも早く落ち着いてもらいたいものです。仕事を終えてもまだ明るい夕方、クルミと庭で過ごしました。クルミはイチゴの苗が気になっています。早く赤い甘いイチゴができるといいね。

I talked to a person from Shanghai, China during the day, and he said he lived at home for a month because the city was locked down. In the evening, we are discussing the latest situation with Europeans. The topic is inevitably infected with coronavirus. Infection of BA2 has also spread in Japan. I hope that the spread of the coronavirus infection and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will all settle down as soon as possible. After work, I spent a bright evening in the garden with Kurumi. He is interested in strawberry seedlings. I hope he can have red sweet strawberries soon.
今朝は目覚まし時計が鳴る前に小鳥の囀りで目覚めることができました。カーテンを開けて青空が見えると嬉しくなります。昨日までの寒さは去り、今日からは暖かい穏やかな天気が続くと予報が出ています。コーヒーを淹れて新聞を読むのですが、ウクライナで起きた残酷な事態は私の心を締め付けます。激しい雨のためか庭の花がおじぎしてしまいました。サポートを使って花々を立たせてあげるととても綺麗です。晴れた午後、昼寝をしていたクルミを庭に誘ってしばらく遊びました。夕方からはまた雲が出てきて肌寒くなってきました。

今日は朝から冷たい雨が降る寒い一日でした。今朝も傘を持って散歩をしました。近くの新築の家を見ていて、エアコンの配管が壁に埋め込まれているのを見て驚きました。このようにすると外観がすっきりして綺麗です。でも、もし、配管の交換の必要性が出たらどうするのか気になります。技術の進歩は身近なところにあって、それに触れることができるとワクワクします。昨夜はクルミが騒いでよく眠ることができませんでした。昨日も今日も、外で遊ぶことができないので、昼間は寝てばかりのクルミです。それがいけないのかも知れません。

But I’m wondering what to do if the pipes need to be replaced. Technological progress is familiar and I am excited to be able to touch it. Last night Kurumi was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep well. He can’t play outside yesterday or today, so Kurumi just slept in the daytime. It may be the reason he can’t sleep at night.
冷たい小雨の中、少し遠くまで歩いてみました。この寒さのおかげでしょうか満開の桜が今でも楽しめます。傘を持つ手が寒さで悴んでしまいました。週明けからはまた暖かい日が来ると予報が出ています。既に燃やす薪が無くなってしまったので、少し、アウトドア用品店で購入することとしました。薪ストーブの暖かさに慣れてしまうと放れることができません。クルミもストーブの暖かさの中、おもちゃで遊んでいました。

昨日に続けて庭仕事をしました。天気は良かったのですが、気温が低い一日でした。妻と一っしょに土いじりをしていたら腰が痛くなってしまいました。庭仕事をすると綺麗な花々を楽しむことができて楽しいのですが、姿勢を悪くしていると身体が辛いです。イチゴの苗も植え替えてみました。クルミはイチゴが大好きです。美味しいイチゴができることを楽しみにしています。

昨夜の豪雨は朝には小雨となり、午後からは陽が出て少し暖かくなりました。桜が咲く頃は天気が安定しません。天気が良くなった午後、私が庭仕事をしていると近所の K さんが声をかけてくれました。K さんは散歩の途中で、近くのカフェに行ったのですが、今日はお休みだったそうです。そんな会話からお互いの近況について話すことができました。コロナウィルスの感染が広がってから人と気楽に話せる機会が少なくなったのですが、また、日常が戻ってきていることを少し感じました。こんな穏やかな時間を送れることに感謝します。クルミは庭仕事をしている私のそばで遊んでいました。彼は今日ものんびりして過ごしていました。

昨日たくさん外で遊んだクルミは私の横で熟睡していました。クルミを布団の中から引き摺り出して起こしてやりました。そしてリビングルームに移って彼はまた眠ってしまいました。少し肌寒い朝は布団の暖かさが嬉しいです。クルミも同じ思いでしょう。桜が咲く頃は晴天が長く続きません。今日も朝は晴れていたのですが、午後からは雲が多くなってきました。今夜は雨になる予報です。今夜も暖かい布団で一緒に眠ります。
Kurumi played outside a lot yesterday, he was sleeping soundly next to me. I pulled him out of the futon and raised them. Then we moved to the living room and he fell asleep again. 満開に咲いた桜を見るために公園に行ってきました。昨日の寒さから一転して今日はまた春の暖かさです。少し風が強い日でしたが、学校も春休みとあってか公園には多くの家族連れで賑わっていました。犬を連れた人も多く、まるで品評会のようになっていました。公園近くのカフェで昼食をいただきました。ここも混雑していて、少し長い時間となり、クルミは待ちくたびれたのか、疲れて眠ってしまいました。
