クルミには申し訳なかったのですが、今日は妻と夕方から外出しました。久しぶりに電車に乗って繁華街にでかけました。百貨店には大勢の人が居て、コロナ感染が広がる前の状態に戻ってきていることを感じます。久しぶりに多くの店舗で新しい商品を見ることができました。私は文房具が好きで、書き味が良い筆記用具があるとつい買ってしまいます。出かける前にクルミと庭で短い時間でしたが遊びました。今日は肌寒い日でした。明日はまた冬のような寒さになるとの予報です。

I’m sorry for Kurumi, but today I went out with my wife in the evening. We took the train for the first time in a long time and went to the downtown area. There are a lot of people in the department store and I feel that they are back to what they were before the corona infection spread. I was able to see new products at many stores for the first time in a long time. I like stationery, and if I have a writing instrument with a good writing taste, I just buy it. Before going out, I played with Kurumi in the garden for a short time. It was a chilly day today. It is forecast that it will be cold like winter again tomorrow.

今日は妻と一緒に庭の手入れをしました。暗くなり始めるまで働いたので疲れてしまいました。庭にたくさん生えてしまった雑草を抜いて、花壇の手入れをして、長い時間腰をかがめる姿勢をしていたので腰が痛いです。でも、きれいになった花壇を見ると嬉しくなります。仕事が終わった後のお風呂はとても気持ち良かったです。クルミは私たちが庭で働いている間は暖かいリビングで眠っていました。明日、綺麗になった庭でクルミと遊ぶのが楽しみです。

Today I took care of the garden with my wife. I was tired because I worked until it started to get dark. I had a pain in my back because I had to pull out the weeds that had grown a lot in the garden, take care of the flowerbeds, and bend down for a long time. But it makes me happy to see the beautiful flowerbeds. The bath after work was very comfortable. Kurumi slept in a warm living room while we worked in the garden. I’m looking forward to playing with him in the beautiful garden tomorrow.

ここ数日の暖かい気温の日が続いたので急に花が綺麗に咲き始めました。散歩をしながら道端に咲く水仙の花に足を止めて写真を撮ってみました。東京における桜の開花も進んでいて、明日にでも開花宣言が聞かれるかも知れません。今日は週に一度のテニススクールの日です。私が着替えるとクルミは留守番することを察知したかのように少し寂しそうな素振りをします。彼の耳が聞こえないことを知ってから、少しでも穏やかに過ごさせてやりたいと思います。一人で家においていく時は少し心配です。

The warm have continued last few days, so suddenly the flowers have begun to bloom beautifully. While taking a walk, I stopped at the daffodil flowers blooming on the side of the road and took pictures. The cherry blossoms are blooming in Tokyo, and we may hear the declaration of flowering tomorrow. Today is a weekly tennis school day. When I change clothes, Kurumi pretends to be a little lonely as if he had noticed that he shall stay home. After knowing that he is deaf, I would like him to spend calm days. I’m a little worried when I go home left him alone.

クルミを連れて旅行する時はなるべく 2 泊しています。そうすると移動での疲れも和らぎます。今日は朝から雨となりました。そして気温も冬に逆戻りです。私は朝風呂を露天風呂にしたのですが、寒さに震えてしまいました。高速道路を使って早く帰宅することとして、余っていた薪を使って薪ストーブで暖まりました。明日はまた気温が上昇する予報です。季節の変わり目、体調の変化に気をつけたいと思います。

When traveling with Kurumi, we stay for two nights as much as possible. This will relieve the fatigue of traveling. It started raining today. And the temperature is back in winter. I took the morning bath to an open-air bath, but I trembled in the cold. I decided to use the highway to get back home early, and I used the surplus firewood to warm up by the wood stove. It is forecast that the temperature will rise again tomorrow. I would like to be careful about changes in the seasons and physical condition.

昨夜は東北地方で発生した大きな地震で目を覚ましてしまいました。11 年前に発生した地震の箇所と近いようです。数十センチの津波も観測されたとのことでこの地域の人は大変だったと思います。妻と私は宿泊施設にあるテニスコートで午前中の時間を過ごしました。幸いにも天気に恵まれて楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。二人でスクールに通っている成果が少し見られると嬉しくなります。サーブからラリーを始めて、最後はボレーで決める、といった芸当もできるようになりました。午後は箱根強羅公園にクルミと一緒にでかけました。この時期は花がまだ少ないのですが、クルミは坂のある公園をたくさん歩いていました。今夜はきっと疲れて良く眠ることでしょう。

I woke up last night with a big earthquake in the Tohoku region. It seems to be close to the location of the earthquake that occurred 11 years ago. I think it was difficult for people in this area to have observed a tsunami of several tens of centimeters. My wife and I spent the morning at the tennis court at the property. Fortunately, I was blessed with the weather and had a good time. It would be great if we could see some of the results of going to school together. We can now do tricks such as starting the rally from the serve and deciding on the volley at the end. In the afternoon, we went to Hakone Gora Park with Kurumi. There are still few flowers at this time, but he was walking a lot in the park with slopes. I’m sure he’ll be tired and sleeps well tonight.

クルミと一緒に久しぶりのドライブです。小田原で昼食を摂り、今日から箱根の宮城野に泊まります。新型コロナウイルスの感染がまだ落ち着いていませんが、以前から予定していた旅行なので実行することにしました。家から離れて、妻にものんびりしてもらえたら幸いです。天気も良く、のんびりとした旅行ができそうです。ランチは小田原のカフェでいただきました。小田原城が見える場所です。桜の蕾がふくらんできていて、お祭りの準備が行われていました。

It’s been a while since I’ve been driving with Kurumi. We had lunch in Odawara and stay in Miyagino, Hakone from today. The infection with the new coronavirus has not settled down yet, but I decided to do it because it was a trip I had planned for a long time. I hope my wife can relax away from home. The weather is good and it seems that we can take a leisurely trip. We had lunch at a cafe in Odawara. This is the place where we can see Odawara Castle. The buds of the cherry blossoms were puffy and preparations for the festival were being made.

ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻が起きて以来、プロパガンダという言葉が聞かれるようになってしまいました。私たちも生活をしていて、見たり聞いたりする情報が信頼できるものであると信じています。でも、今、ロシアでは大変なプロパガンダが行われています。テレビのニュースでロシアの国営放送の生中継中に反線とプロパガンダを訴えるキャスターが飛び込んできました。多くのロシア国民がこの放送を見て、情報が信じられないことに気づいてくれることを願います。今日も暖かい一日でした。近くの公園まで散歩をしましたが、沈丁花の香りで心を癒されました。クルミは今日も少し元気が無い様子で少し心配しています。

I hope that many Russians will watch this broadcast and realize that the information is incredible. It was a warm day today as well. I took a walk to the nearby park, and the scent of Daphne flowers healed my heart. Kurumi seems to be a little sick today I am little worried.

今日は気温が一気に上がり、初夏のような気候になりました。今日もクルミは暖かい空気に包まれて元気に動き回っていました。でも夕食の後は急に元気が無くなって眠ってしまいました。いつもならもっと遊ぶのですが、少し心配になりました。耳が聞こえないことにも原因があるのかも知れません。きっと明日はまた元気なクルミになっていることと思います。私は一日、リモートワークで座り疲れてしまいました。

But after dinner, he suddenly lost his energy and fell asleep. He usually plays more, but I was a little worried. The deafness may also be the cause. I’m sure that tomorrow he will be a healthy Kurumi again. I was tired from sitting by the remote work all day long.

今日は気温が 20 ℃になってとても暖かい一日でした。クルミも暖かいと活発に動き回ります。庭に出てしばらく遊んでいました。日が沈む時刻も遅くなり、夕方まで明るく、私たちも少し長く外出していました。数日前に訪れたコーヒー豆店で今日はブラジルとホンジュラスのコーヒー豆を焙煎してもらって買いました。苦味が好きな私たちです。

Today was a very warm day with a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. Kurumi also moves around actively when it is warm. He went out to the garden and played for a while. The sun set late, it was bright until the evening, and we were out for a little longer today. I bought coffee beans bland Brazil and Honduras roasted at a coffee bean shop I visited a few days ago. We like bitterness.

今日は気温が上がり、来月末頃の暖かさになっています。午前中は妻とテニススクールにいきましたが、最初は肌寒かったのですが、終わる頃は汗をたくさんかいてしまいました。庭の草花も緑が多くなってきました。ヒヤシンスの芽はずいぶんと大きくなってきています。水仙にも蕾がつきました。クルミは陽の光を眩しそうにしています。穏やかな時間が流れる週末となっています。来月の中旬から息子夫婦が来ることが決まりそうです。今日は帰国時に必要となる渡航前 PCR 検査を行なっている施設に電話をして、どのような段取りで行うか確認しました。このような手続きが要らなくなることを希望します。

The temperature has risen today as it is warmer around the end of next month. I went to a tennis school with my wife in the morning, and although it was chilly at first, I sweated a lot by the end. The flowers in the garden are also getting greener. Hyacinth buds are getting bigger and bigger. Narcissus also has buds. Kurumi is dazzling the sun. It’s a weekend of calm time. It seems that my son and his wife will come from the middle of next month. Today, I called the facility that conducts the pre-travel PCR test required when returning back to Singapore to confirm the setup. I hope that such a procedure will not be necessary soon.
