クルミは少し長い尻尾を持っています。ウチでヨークシャテリアを産ませましたが、まだ小さいうちに適当な長さに獣医が尻尾を切ってくれました。産まれたままだと長くてバランスが悪いのでしょう。小さい時は神経が通っていないので痛くないそうです。クルミは少し長く切ってくれたのでしょう。舌も長いので、バランスがとれているかもしれません。今日は午後から真夏のような暑さになりました。

Kurumi has a slightly longer tail. We had a Yorkshire terrier birthed in my house, but the vet cut the tail to a suitable length while puppy was still small. If it is just borned, it will be long and unbalanced. When the dog small, he doesn’t have nerves, so it doesn’t hurt. Kurumi may have been cut a little longer by the vet. The tongue is also long, so it may be well-balanced. It became hot like midsummer from the afternoon today.

梅雨晴れの日、クルミと庭で遊びました。芝が伸びてきたのでクルミは歩きにくい様子でした。ラベンダーにはモンシロチョウとモンキチョウが戯れていて綺麗でした。クルミは私と一緒の時間が長くなったのでとても甘えん坊になってしまい、食事の準備中は抱っこ紐の中で楽しそうにしていました。

On a sunny day today, I played with Kurumi in the garden. He seemed difficult to walk because the grass was growing long. The cabbage white and yellow butterflies were playing in the lavender and it was beautiful. Kurumi has been so spoiled for a long time with me, and he was having fun in my hug while preparing the meal.

今日も気温が低い一日でした。雨上がりに散歩をしました。紫陽花がとても綺麗に咲いています。夕飯はすき焼きです。涼しい日はコンロを囲んで暖かい食事が嬉しいです。天気が悪かったのでクルミは今日も外で遊ぶことができませんでした。嬉しいことにコロナウィルスに感染する人数が減ってきています。そして重症になるケースも少ないです。来月には 4 回目のワクチン接種を受けることになります。徐々に経済も復活しています。

It was a cold day today as well. I took a walk after the rain. Hydrangea is in full bloom. Supper is sukiyaki. On a cool day, I’m happy to have a warm meal using the stove. Kurumi couldn’t play outside today because of the bad weather. Fortunately, the number of people infected with the coronavirus is decreasing. And there are few cases of serious illness. I will be vaccinated for the fourth time next month. The economy is gradually recovering.

今日は冷たい雨の一日でした。気温が急に下がって 4 月の気温に戻ってしまいました。明日もこの涼しさが続き、明後日は 30℃になる予報が出ています。体調を悪くしないように気をつけないといけません。傘をさして少し散歩をすることにしました。最近、蛍が見られるという小川に行ってみました。まだ明るいので蛍は見られませんでしたが、カワセミが飛ぶのをみました。綺麗な青が神秘的でした。クルミは今日も元気に遊んでいました。

I decided to take a walk with my umbrella. I went to a stream where fireflies can be seen now days. I couldn’t see the fireflies because it was still bright, but I saw the kingfisher fly. The beautiful blue was mysterious. Kurumi was playing well today as well.

クルミは今朝も遅くまで眠っていました。昨日、お客さんが来たのでいつもと違う環境に疲れたのかも知れません。私は久しぶりに車の電池に充電しました。この施設では 2 台一緒に充電できるので便利です。80% まで充電できて安心しました。

Kurumi slept until late this morning. Maybe he was tired of the unusual environment because the guest came yesterday. I charged the car battery today. This facility is convenient because we can charge two of cars together. I was relieved to be able to charge up to 80%.

時折雨が降る一日でした。雨が上がると日差しが強く、夏を感じます。それでも雨上がりの風は涼しく、窓から入る風が気持ちの良い午後でした。クルミは赤ちゃんのお客さまと仲良く過ごしていました。眠ってしまった赤ちゃんにベッドを貸してあげました。久しぶりの来客で楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

However, the wind after the rain was cool, and the wind coming in through the window was a pleasant afternoon. Kurumi was spending time with customers and the baby. Kurumi lent a bed to the baby she fell asleep. We had a good time with them today.

週末はクルミと過ごす時間が多くてクルミも嬉しそうにしています。涼しい朝はベッドの暖かさが気持ち良いのでしょう、クルミは寝坊をしていました。おもちゃで遊んで、庭に出て歩き回り、昼寝を一緒にソファーで楽しんで、一日があっという間に過ぎてしまいました。明日は雨の予報ですが、お客さまが来る予定です。楽しみです。

I spend a lot of time with Kurumi on weekends, which makes him happy. The warmth of the bed would be nice on a cool morning, Kurumi was oversleeping. Playing with toys, walking around in the garden, enjoying a nap together on the sofa, the day went by in a blink of an eye. It is forecast to rain tomorrow, but guests are scheduled to come. We are looking forward to it.

梅雨の日の晴れ間は嬉しいものです。朝の散歩を楽しみました。枇杷の実がたくさん実っています。午後、公園にクルミを連れて散歩しました。クルミは大好きなカフェに一目散で向かっていきました。今日もおやつをいただいてご機嫌なクルミでした。そして、私は今日、68 歳の誕生日を無事に迎えることができました。また、これからも健康であることを願う次第です。

I am happy with the sunny morning during this rainy season. I enjoyed the morning walk. Loquat fruits are growing a lot. In the afternoon, I took a walk with Kurumi in the park. He went to his favorite cafe at a glance. Kurumi was in a good mood today as well with food. And I was able to successfully celebrate my 68th birthday today. I also hope that I will continue to be healthy.

今朝私が家を出る時、クルミはベッドの中でぐっすりと眠っていました。クルミは涼しいとベッドに潜り込んでよく寝ます。私は会社で仕事の一日でした。帰宅してから短い時間でしたがクルミと庭で過ごすことができました。久しぶりに通勤をすると疲れてしまうのは私だけでしょうか。リモートワークに慣れてしまった私です。

When I left home this morning, Kurumi was sleeping soundly in his bed. When it is cool Kurumi sneaks into the bed and sleep well. I had a day of work at the company. It was a short time after I got home, but was able to spend time with Kurumi in the garden. Am I the only one who gets tired after commuting for the first time in a long time? I’m used to remote work now.

クルミの写真はもっぱらスマホで撮影していますが、ここ数日は古いコンパクトデジタルカメラで撮影しています。PENTAX ブランドの Q10 と言うモデルです。小さいカメラですが、多くの機能が入っていて楽しめます。10 年前、最後に勤務した会社の初任給で購入しました。毎年、新機種が出る時代です。カメラの性能も良くなっているのでしょう。でも、綺麗な写真が撮れるのでこのカメラでも満足です。今日はお休みの一日、クルミとたくさん遊ぶことができました。

I mainly take pictures of Kurumi on my smartphone, but for the past few days I have taken pictures with an old compact digital camera. It is a model called Q10 of the PENTAX brand. It’s a small camera, but it has many features and I can enjoy it. I bought it 10 years ago with the first salary of the last company I worked for. Now is an era when new models are released every year. The performance of the camera is also improving. However, I am satisfied with this camera because I can take beautiful pictures. Today was a day off and I was able to play a lot with Kurumi.
