今年もこの季節になりました。イチョウ並木のここは銀杏の香りです。プリンの検診に来ましたが、病院前の歩道は銀杏の実がたくさん落ちています。
We were busy coming to this veterinary for Purin to care. There is a ginkgo colonnade in front of here. While waiting to meet with the doctor I just walked around and enjoyed the smell.
今の会社に入った時に購入した愛車、4 年半が過ぎようとしています。継続雇用契約を短期ですが、締結できたのを機会にドレスアップすることにしました。ホィールとタイヤのセット、工場設定なのでタイヤのブランドを選ぶことができませんが、入荷したものは BS Potenza RE050A でした。レーシング用、スポーツカーには合っていますが、私は街中おとなしく走行です。これまでの Pirelli P7 に比べると静かですが、扁平率が高くなったので、どうしてもゴツゴツ感があります。
To cerebrate my business contract extension, I have purchased the set of tire and wheel. The wheel design could be selected by my self but the tire rand shall be selected by BMW so I was hoping to arrive with the good one. Luckily BS was selected and set to the wheel. Even this tire is designed for the racing I mainly use for commute everyday. Let me keep the encouraged feeling everyday driving my car.
木曜 27 日の夜、プリンの容体が急変、咳が止まらなくなりました。夜間診療受付時間だったので、直ぐに連れて行き、そのまま入院となりました。前回の退院以来、順調だったのですが、残念です。今日、循環器専門の先生と面談、また肺に水が溜まってしまっていることがわかりました。心臓に病気を持っている他のワンちゃんたちも今週、何故か具合を悪くするようです。急な天候変化が原因だったのかもしれません。今度、退院したら興奮しないような環境を作ってあげようと思います。プリンは周囲の音に驚いたり、ドアベルが鳴ると興奮したり、落ち着きがありません。
Purin needed see the doctor on Thursday evening because he could not stop coughing. It was the last minutes in the evening emergency room he then hospitalized again from the night. He was well last 2 weeks but got the change in the evening due to the lower pressure we think. The doctor told us the water in his lung he needs to be here some more days. It seems the weather because other dogs they have similar heat disease got worse this week. We are now thinking to make comfortable environment at home for him to not excite by the sound or visitors.
退院後、毎週のように検査でしたが、先週土曜に診ていただいた結果、良くなっているので、今度は 1 ヵ月後と言われました。ただ、私たちは咳の再発を心配していて、除タン剤を処方していただくことになりました。そして 1 週間、とても安定してきています。時々、咳は出るのですがタンが絡んで苦しいような咳では無くなってきています。妻は家を長く空けるのが心配で、このところは好きなジムにも行けずに看病を続けています。夜も排尿が多いプリンのためにトイレシーツを定期的に交換、少し寝不足の毎日が続いています。週末はそんな妻に犬から解放できるようにしてやりたいと家事を手伝っています。
Purin has been recovering well these days since he left the hospitalize. He needed to see the doctor weekly but the doctor said he does not need to come weekly now but monthly. We however worried his cough then the doctor prescribed the medicine reduces sputum. Purin seems comfortable these days lesser coughing. Wife tries not left Purin long hours at home so she has been giving up out going this month. She has less sleep caring Purin so I work house to reduce her stress at the weekend.
昨年 12 月に修理を受けて以来、順調だったのですが、また、電源ボタンが戻らない現象が発生して修理を依頼されました。なるほど、電源ボタンが押されたままになっていて、パソコンのカバーを開けると起動し、そのまま直ぐに電源が落ちてしまいます。早速分解して調査したところ、電源ボタンに汚れが付着していました。コーヒー好きの人なので、コーヒーでも付着して固まったものかもしれません。清掃し、シリコンオイルを塗布してみました。これでまたしばらく使ってもらえると思います。
I have repaired this PC last year December. Since it has been working okay but the friend claimed the same situation happened recently. I confirmed the phenomenon that the power button does not return up to the right position. So the PC cycle power on and off when open the cover. I checked the part and fined out some spots around the button and stacking the movement. I assumed the cause that coffee because he likes coffee very much. Hope he is now going to use this PC some more time conveniently.
水曜に退院して初めての週末です。まだまだ本調子では無いプリン、食事に苦労しています。今までのカリカリドッグフードを食べてくれません。肉が好きなので豚肉を茹でてみたり、違うフードを試してみたりしています。昨日の検診ではまだ腎機能が大幅に劣っているとのことで心配です。また、来週末検診を受けます。
Purin became home on Wednesday and getting well but not recovered yet. He does not eat the food what he eate before. Wife is trying to feed different types even hand cooking things. Purin has still struggling with his kidney that the doctor diagnosed yesterday. Let Purin get well with our care and see with the doctor weekly this month.
昨日、薪棚の整理をしていて廃材を見つけました。今朝から快晴、思わず廃材を利用して台を作ることにしました。鉢を置いても良いし、庭仕事の椅子にもなる高さです。電動ノコギリを出して、設計図無しに 2 つ作ってみました。午後からペイントをして完成です。
I found some old wood while I was working at the place for this winter. I then decided to make this wood small stand for flower or the chair at the garden work. I brought power saw and tools this morning made 2 of those without any drawings. This could be used for a flower pod that wife recommends.
肺の水が少なくなって、呼吸が安定してきました。自宅で過ごして、すこしでも自分で食事をする事が肝心とのことで水曜日に退院しました。水を抜くために強い投薬が行われたことと、生死の間をさまようなか、持ち直してくれたのですが、その後遺症から元気はありません。少しでも食べ物を採ってほしいと、妻は工夫の毎日です。
Purin came back to home on Wednesday. The doctor asked us take care him try to feed and get his energy back. He needs to take medicine more weeks that may give 2nd effect. Let us cancel the trip this month for him to be home with us.
プリンの症状を伺いに病院を訪れました。昨日は酸素室の中でぐったりしていましたが、今日は立ち上がっていて、迎えてくれました。私たちの顔を見ると尻尾を振ってくれました。朝は食事もできたとのことで、少し回復に向かっているようです。その後、医師との面談を行いました。金曜の夜は本当に危ない状況だったことを聞かされて改めて妻の判断に感謝です。もう少し遅れていたら助からなかっただろうと、、。その時のレントゲンの写真と今日のものを比較して説明してくれました。まだ、肺が白い、つまり水が溜まっていること、血液検査から炎症反応がありおそらく肺炎も併発していること、さらに、今の強い薬の副作用で腎機能が劣ってきていること。少なくとも水曜までは入院を継続して医師の元、治療していただくこととなります。
Visited to the hospital and met with Purin. He is much better than yesterday recognizing us with shaking his tail. He could eat this morning and the doctor is saying that he is now recovering but not yet stabilized. It was very serious situation on Friday when he came to this hospital he also said. I am very glad that wife decided to come. Then the doctor explained the current situation comparing the images. Purin still has some water in his lung and provably with pneumonia by the blood test. He also has some impact to the kidney due to the strong cardiac to smaller his heart. We understood his situation and asked to the doctor his care next couple of days.
咳が長いこと続いていたプリン、木曜の深夜から咳が止まらなくなり、金曜、緊急入院することになりました。診断の結果、肺水症と言われました。酸素の部屋で呼吸を安定させ、肺から水を抜きとる治療が行われるそうです。家族で心配しています。今月プリンは 11 歳の誕生日を迎えます。
Purin has been having cough these days more than month. It became very badly and needed to be hospitalized yesterday. The doctor diagnosed and found he has water at lung. Purin needs to stable his breath and then remove the water. We are hoping to see him today.
