明日、69 歳の誕生日を迎える日、献血に行ってきました。先月に続けての要請なので、きっと同じ患者さんが待っているのだと思います。献血ができるのは 70 歳になる前日までなので、この先、1 年間でその期限がきます。20 歳になった時から始めた献血をいままで継続できたことに感謝します。今日は新人の研修が献血ルームのスタッフによって行われていました。針を抜く時だけ、その方が担当されていましたが、早く上達して刺すところから自信を持って処置できるようになってほしいと願います。
朝はクルミの爪を切ってやりました。歴代の犬たちのなかでクルミは一番おとなしく爪を切らせてくれます。
Tomorrow, on my 69th birthday, I went to donate blood today. It’s a request from last month, so I’m sure the same patient is waiting. I can donate blood until the day before the day turns 70, so the deadline will come in a year from now. I am grateful that I have been able to continue donating blood since I turned 20. Today, training for new recruits was being conducted by staff in the blood donation room. This person was in charge only when the needle was pulled out, but I hope that she will improve quickly and be able to perform the treatment with confidence from the point of pricking.
In the morning I cut the nails for Kurumi. He is the most gentle way to clip nails of all dogs in past.
