庭に出るといつもクルミが気にしているイチゴの苗、このところ生育が悪くなってきたので植え替えをしてみました。小さな花と実が付いています。元気になってくれることを願います。芝は変化が出てきました。確かに雑草が枯れ始めています。芝も少し影響を受けているようですが、もう少し様子をみたいと思います。今日も蒸し暑い一日でした。クルミはエアコンが効いた部屋のなかで過ごしました。

今日はコーヒーの淹れ方を習ってきました。以前に行ったカフェのマスターがドリップのやり方で味が変わることを話してくれました。参加者は 7 名、みなさんでそれぞれの淹れ方を行い、そのコーヒーを味わってみました。なるほど、同じ、コーヒー同じ器具なのに、湯の落とし方で味がこんなにも違うのかと驚きです。結局のところ、正解は無く、好みになるのですが。私は比較的ゆっくりと湯を落とすので濃く出ます。久しぶりに物事を教えてもらう機会を得ました。今日から酷暑の日が戻ってきたようで、クルミは庭に出られず残念でした。夕食をねだる素振りが可愛いクルミです。

定期的に近所の家の庭を手入れする庭師の方が訪ねてくれました。私が庭仕事をしていると声をかけてくれます。私は今朝、プランターのイチゴの苗を植え替えていました。土が悪いのか、水捌けなのか、悩んでいます。教科書を読まずに自己流でやっているのが最大の原因とはわかっています。庭師の方は家の芝を見て、雑草の駆除を提案してくれました。少し分けてくれた除草剤を撒いて様子を見ることとしました。芝は生きて、雑草だけ駆除する、そんな便利なものがあるのか、少し疑心暗鬼です。クルミは今日も食欲旺盛、よく食べて、よく眠っています。

トリミングから帰ったクルミは疲れたようで、よく眠っています。このトリマーさんとは相性が合うようでクルミはとてもおとなしくしています。綺麗になったクルミの毛はとても柔らかく、ふわふわです。今日も日中は暑い一日でした。少し雨が降りましたが、庭の芝にはもっと水が必要です。明日は水を撒いてやりましょう。

8 月も下旬になり、秋の気配が濃くなり始めています。朝の散歩でも見かける花が秋の花になってきています。今朝もクルミは早起きでしたが、日曜なので少し長く寝たかったのでクルミだけをリビングに連れて行きました。するとクルミもリビングでよく眠っていました。どうして私たちの寝室だと早起きしてしまうのかわかりません。今週も楽しく暮らしましょう。

今日は不安定な天候の一日でした。私はテニススクールで汗を流してきました。最近、テニスをプレーした後に肘の痛みが出ていたのですが、ラケットの持ち方、力の入れ方を変えることで改善されてきました。接骨院でのリハビリも効果があるようです。家の中で生活する時間が長いので、何かと気になる点を変えています。今回は食器洗いの洗剤を入れるボトルを変えてみました。スポンジを上から押すだけで洗剤が適量押し出されるので、片手で操作できて便利です。以前からハンドソープはこのタイプを使っていたのですが、これでお揃いになりました。クルミは今朝、とても早起きでした。昼間、ソファーで過ごす時間が長いのが原因かも知れません。

Rehabilitation at the osteopathic clinic also seems to be effective. I spend a lot of time at home these days, so I’m changing something I’m curious about. This time, I changed the bottle that holds the dishwashing detergent. A proper amount of detergent is pushed out just by pushing the sponge from above, so it is convenient to operate with one hand. I’ve been using this type of hand soap for a long time. Kurumi got up very early this morning. Maybe it’s because he spends a lot of time on the sofa during the day.

今週の火曜日は義母の命日でした。義母と義父は家の近くのお墓に眠っています。散歩に行く時はいつも墓地を眺めています。今朝は快晴、青い空がとても綺麗でした。陽当たりの良い場所で良かったと思います。晴れると昼間は暑いのですが、朝夕は涼しくなってきました。道端には秋の花が見られるようになってきました。今日もクルミと遊んで過ごしました。緊急事態宣言下なのでなるべく家にいるようにしています。

This Tuesday was the anniversary of my mother-in-law’s death. My mother-in-law and father-in-law are sleeping in a grave near my house. Whenever I go for a walk, I look at the graveyard. It was fine this morning and the blue sky was very beautiful. I’m glad it was in a sunny place. When it’s sunny, it’s hot in the daytime, but it’s getting cooler in the morning and evening. Autumn flowers are beginning to be seen on the roadside. I spent playing with Kurumi today as well. I am trying to stay at home as much as possible because it is under a state of emergency.

明け方まで降っていた雨が止み、快晴の空になりました。久しぶりに朝の散歩を楽しむことができましたが、昨日まで続いた雨のため、湿度が高く、汗をかいてしまいました。今日は自宅で仕事の一日、クルミと遊ぶ時間はあまり取れませんでした。仕事部屋からクルミの居るリビングに行く度に、クルミは私と遊ぼうと言って寄ってきました。

朝、晴れ間が出ていたので、このまま晴れてくるかと期待したのですが、夕方まで雨になりました。かなり強い雨が降った後、快晴になってきたのは午後 4 時を過ぎてからでした。久しぶりの青空です。暑い日が戻ってきますが、やはり、雨よりも晴れの方が気持ち良いです。長く続いた雨のためか芝にはキノコが所々に生えてきています。クルミは結局、今日も家の中で過ごしました。すっかり甘えん坊になってしまい、寝る時も私に寄り添っていました。

午後、雨が小降りになったので少し歩いてみました。今日も日照が無い一日となってしまいましたが、明日はきっと太陽の陽を楽しむことができるでしょう。政府は今日、緊急事態宣言の延長を決めました。来月 12 日までこの状況が継続されます。そして、対象となる地域も広がることから計画していた旅行を取りやめることとしました。クルミは今日も家の中で遊んでいました。明日は庭に出れるといいですね。
