Mac OS を Sierra にアップしたところ、これまで使ってきた「Karabiner」 が動作しなくなりました。右 ALT で日本語 / 英語の変更をしていましたが、代替えとして「⌘かな」を入れてみることとしました。右 ⌘ で日本語、左 ⌘ で英語とこれまでのトグルではなく、確定式ですので、誤って数回押しても確実に日本語、英語となってくれるので、これも便利です。さて、私は Windows PC も英語キーボードとしています。同じように右左の ALT で切り替えられるように AutoHotkey を使うことにしました。同じような悩みをお持ちの方の投稿を参照して無事に完成です。

Since I upgraded my Mac to Sierra, the Karabiner does not operate for the key switch between Japanese and English. I have now installed ⌘Kana to do the similar function but switch Japanese with the Right ⌘ and English with ⌘ Left this is also convenient without missing operation by typing few times accidentally. I have also US keyboard for the Windows PC. Now I searched web and found out the AutoHotkey to do the same function to the Windows machine. I appreciated the article who described and share.

今週リリースされた新しい OS を入れてみました。Sierra 山脈、という意味ですね。音声認識を行う Siri が Mac で使えるようになりました。iPhone で使い始めていて便利だと思っていました。同じような機能が Mac でも使えて楽しくなります。

I updated mac OS with Sierra this week.  The Siri that has voice interface is now also available at a Mac PC.  I have been using the Siri with my iPhone that is now available with my Mac PC it is fun!

冷凍食品の保管を納戸にフリーザーを設置してと思ったのですが、納戸にコンセントを設るのを忘れていました。そこで妙案、壁の反対側にあるトイレのコンセントから配線を延長してみることに。今は資材が簡単に手に入って便利です。壁を挟んで反対側に無事、コンセントを作ることができました。

There are many good frozen foods we have today.  Planning to put a freezer to the stock room but I did not make any electric outlet at the room.  I added an outlet by extend the wire from the next room where the outlet for a toilet.  It is so convenient today we can buy equipment at the store easily.

昨日は都心まで出張、秋晴れで清々しい日で助かりました。三田線の芝公園から会場へ、帰りは大江戸線の赤羽橋へ。交差点で信号待ちしていると外人が東京タワーの写真を撮っていました。私もパシャリ、スマホですが良い写真が撮れたのも秋晴れのおかげでした。

Spent time at downtown Tokyo yesterday for the business.  The place was close to the tower.  Some foreigners were taking picture at the street.  I also did using my phone.  I could get a nice one appreciate with the nice weather yesterday.

昨夜のお店です。QR コードを読ませるとスマホから料理の注文ができるシステムを使っています。よく見ると店員さんも客の注文を聞いてスマホに入力。タブレット端末をテーブルに置いている店は知っていますが、これは初めてでした。進化形ですね。

The system I never seen before.  We went to the restaurant last evening where the system enables customer ordering food using own phone with the access code.  It is the technology and a business opportunity via IT world.

金木犀が満開となりました。朝夕、庭に出ると良い香りが漂ってきます。今日は久しぶりの快晴、カメラを持ち出して香りも撮ってみました。今年最後になる芝刈りをする間、この香りを楽しむことができました。

It is the season for the orange osmanthus with nice fragrance.  While working on green as the last cut this year I could enjoy this fragrance.  It is already in autumn only 3 months left in this year.

早いもので、今日から 10 月、今年も残すところ 3 ヶ月となりました。9 月は結局快晴の日は少なく、雨が多い月となりました。今日もスッキリしない週末でしたが、雨は降らず、涼しく快適に過ごせました。妻は早速ハロウィンの飾りつけを済ませました。これからの 3 ヶ月もきっと早く過ぎ去ることでしょう。

Time flies very quickly.  It is already in October from today and there are only 3 months left in this year.  We had almost no clear sky days in September a lot of rain instead.  It was cool and nice day today even no sunshine anyway.  Wife decorated Halloween today already.  It will be also flying next 3 months for sure.

何日ぶりでしょうか、晴れ間が出た週末、お彼岸ということもあり、墓を参ってきました。花々を見ていると心が癒されます。墓にも綺麗な花と水を供えてお祈りです。いつまでも穏やかに眠ってください。

How many days it has been raining long time.  We then got this sunshine Sunday today.  Visited to cemeteries with beautiful flowers and fresh water to them.  The flower calms down our heart we pray for awhile thinking past time with them.

今年、九州地方は様々な被害を受けました。地震、悪天候などでその被害は甚大なものとなっています。私たち同期入社の有志は一人が熊本に住んでいます。そこで全員で九州に旅行し、熊本に住む彼に会いにいくこととしました。私たちの旅行が少しでも観光収入に役立ち、復活の助けになれば幸いです。そんな計画をしていたら熊本の彼から、割引チケットが発行されていることを知り、全員で応募しました。幸い私は当選、このチケットを持って 11 月、九州を旅行します。

Huge earthquakes and weather disasters became to Kyusyu area in Japan this year.  The impacts were huge and number of tourists were declining  since those events happened in this area.  We are planning to have next reunion in Kyusyu where one of our friends is living after his retirement.  He then suggested nominating the discount ticket for us to travel easier.  I have got the tickets fortunately even the wining ratio is around 50%.  We are now planning to meet in November in Kyusyu at his home.  Hoping this trip makes some help to recover there situation.

台風が次々と発生しています。地球の温暖化が影響してか、近年は日本の近海で発生するようになってきました。また、台風の勢力は海水温が高いほど強くなっていきます。14 号は非常に発達して台湾と中国に大きな被害をもたらせました。さて、今度は 16 号が心配です。来週は関東地方にも近くようで庭の雨対策を行いました。

Typhoons are coming close to Japan these days.  Since the effect of global warming, typhoons are now creating near Japan and bringing impact a lot.  Due to the sea water temperature the typhoon became stronger and stronger.  The 14th did not come to Japan but there was huge disaster to  China.  I have prepared my garden for the next 16th will be coming next week to this area.
