丸 6 年を過ぎようとしている愛車、2 年前にコーティング処理をしてもらったのですが、その後、メンテナンスも怠り、水垢が目立つようになってきました。息子も彼の愛車にコーティングしたことに感化されて自分の車にも最近流行ってきている Diamond KeePer を行きつけのスタンドでお願いしました。ノーメンテで 3 年保証と言いますが、コーティングの保証ってあって無いようなものです。やはり自分でマメに手洗浄してやりましょう。

I have been using my car almost last 6 years already.  The last coating service was 2 years ago but since then I did not ask any periodical maintenance so I decided to do one more time influenced by my son he did the coating also.  This time I chose the Diamond KeePer at the gasoline stand near my place.  This technique is saying 3 years good without any maintenance.  I keep my manual cleaning again for the good condition.

例年より暖かい日々が続いていました。今日から私の住む地域でも寒くなり、風を冷たく感じます。朝は自治会の行事で近くの公園掃除でした。枯葉がたくさん集められ、遊び場が広くなった気がします。帰宅してから焚き付け用の薪を準備。今夜は薪ストーブを炊いてみましょう。

It has been warmer days this season.  Now the temperature is going down this area and felt cold with the wind this morning.  We cleaned the park as the community event today.  A lots of dead leaves were swept and made more space for kids to play.  I then back to home prepared woods to start the fire.  Let me put fire to the stove tonight.

ご近所の M さんからヘルプの電話を受けました。パソコンの調子が悪いとのこと。カルテを見ると 3 年前にヘルプして以来でしたから、そこそこ順調でした。症状を聞くと手強そうなので入院していただき一晩、手元で調査、修復を試みました。なんと 6 件のマルウェアがインストールされていて、その全てが「ウィルス対策」をうたったもので、 HDD のスキャンが止まらず、パソコンが使えない状態でした。一つずつ削除することをコツコツと進めましたが、単純な削除操作では消えないものがあります。ネットで調べてそれらも無事に削除、快適な立ち上がりに戻りました。M さんに聞くと、「危険、いますぐ！」といった表示が出るとどうしても慌ててクリックしてしまうそうです。自分でインストールしたものですから仕方無いのですが、この手のやり方は本当に巧妙です。

M-san called me to help her PC went wrong.  I then looked the history and the last date I supported was 3 years ago so it has been okay for awhile.  I requested me to work at my home due to the situation difficult to repair visiting M-san’s house.  I saw 6 malware installed and all of them are for the virus detection.  Thus the PC has been scanning by all of those software and never come to the normal operation.  I needed to investigate 2 to delete completely but successfully recovered.  I hope M-san will not install the malware again.

自宅の Broadband 回線を見直してみることにしました。とは言っても光 TV のサービスを受けられる NTT の回線からは逃げられないのですが、数年前に ISP によるコラボレーションサービスへ移行したのを戻すことにしました。ところが、びっくり、行きはヨイヨイ帰りは大変です。我が家は光電話も使っていたので、一度メタル回線に戻す必要があるそうです。そして NTT に契約をし直し、新規にファイバーとルーターを設置していきます。今日はまず電話をメタルに戻す工事が行われました。光の工事をお願いしたのですが、数週間先になるとのことです。コラボレーションにすると ISP を移動するのが大変ですよ。

I wanted to change the network line to see the speed difference.  However, it is not so easy because the ISP corroboration service needs to change the telephone line from fiber to metal.  It was so easy when I changed to the service but retuning is tough.  Anyway the line is now on the metal for the phone.  Then I need wait another 2 to 3 weeks for the fiber line to be installed newly.  I feel this is ridiculous and waisting money.  But I will be able to compare the lines side by side it will be very interesting.

天気が下り坂ですが、秋の色を楽しもうと思い河口湖に来ています。先週まで行われていた紅葉祭りが終わり、色合いも少しあせてきているようですが、それでも陽に輝く秋の色を楽しむことができました。河口湖の北側を回ってみました。富士山を良く臨むことができる大石公園、多くの花も楽しめるようで、来春また来てみたいと思います。夕食はフレッシュウォーターという和食の店で楽しみました。コース料理はとても美味しく、お得でした。

Drove my car to the Fuji 5 Lakes area and saw color in autumn.  It is warm this year even around the end of Nov.  Visited to all 5 lakes and took pictures for our new memories.

このところ毎月のようにシンガポールへ出張しています。今週も日曜の夕方成田発、木曜の午後成田着の行程でした。いつものことですが、これだけ多くの航空機が飛び交っていてもほぼ定刻で運行してくれることに感謝です。日曜の夕方は成田を出る便が多く、かなりの時間待たされましたが、シンガポールには定刻に到着してくれました。4 泊しまし、火曜の夜は息子夫婦と食事を一緒にすることができました。とても有名なチキンライスをご馳走になりました。オーチャード通りの近くの店、帰り道イルミネーションを楽しむこともできました。

I have been visiting to Singapore almost every month with current project.  Left Narita on Sunday late afternoon and arrived on Thursday afternoon back to Narita.  I appreciate the on time flight even a lots of planes are flying at the same time.  I spent 4 days this time and had a dinner with my son and his wife on Tuesday.  They served me the famous chicken lice for me.  We then enjoy the electrical light at the Orchard street.

今年は暖冬になると言われています。11 月に入っても昼間は暖かい日が続いています。そんな週末、2 立米の薪を搬入しました。今年初めてお世話になる業者さんです。埼玉の日高から来ていただきました。とても良い薪で、担当の方も親切でした。一緒に薪棚まで入れました。一度、この店にも行ってみたいと思います。

It will be the warm winter that the news reporter has been reporting.  It has been warm in the daytime at this time.  I have received the 2 meters cubic of woods today for this winter,  The shop is in Saitama Hidaka.  I would like to visit the shop after talking to the owner today.

今月発売された新しい Air を入手しました。これまでは 2012 年版を使ってきました。Windows 10 の環境と両立しはじめて重たさを感じていました。2018 年版は同じ画面サイズですが、全体にコンパクトになりました。6 年の差を感じています。

My son and his wife presented me the new MacBook Air this time.  Since I have been using the one from 2012 it is already 6 years old.  I need to use both IOS and Windows so I installed the Parallels to the PC and have been feeling very slow.  The new one is smaller even the window size is the same I am happy with this new item and feeling the 6 years in technology.

会社の同僚 A さんからのお誘いで世田谷にあるカフェを訪れました。オーナーの K さんとは高校の同級仲間とのこと、お二人とも北海道の高校を卒業、その後東京で働いておられます。いつかは珈琲店を持ちたいという私の夢を A さんは知っていて、紹介してくれました。Glaubell Coffee は金曜、土曜、日曜の短時間営業です。日曜の開店直後にお邪魔しましたが、5 人も入れば満席となる店内は私たちが 2 杯のコーヒーとおしゃべりで楽しむ間空席ができることはありませんでした。K さんのお人柄もあってか、お客様との会話もできてとても楽しいひとときでした。焙煎のセミナーなども開催されているとのこと、機会をみつけて参加してみたいと思います。

A-san invited me to visit the cafe in Setagaya called Glaubell Coffee.  A-san and the shop owner K-san are graduated the same high school in Sapporo Hokkaido.  K-san is now opening the shop services coffee and selling beans also where only 5 to 6 person can have a sheet.  Only 3 days the cafe opens Friday to Sunday with short time.  We arrived just after the opening time 2pm today.  The shop has been busy while we enjoyed 2 cups of coffee and talking.  Since the K-san to nice character we could also enjoy talking with those customers.  I would like to join to the roasting seminar K-san opens a few times in a month sometime soon.

新築後 18 年が経過、2 度目の外装工事となりました。年々塗料が良くなり長持ちするようになってきました。業者さんに「私の生涯で最後の外装やり直しになりますね」と言ってしまいました。きっと、この塗装が悪くなる頃には生きていないか、この家には住んでいないかも知れません。そんな思いを込めて屋根からフェンスまで塗装をしていただきました。以前よりも少し青が強くなりましたが、枠の白とのコントラストも良く、見違えるように綺麗になりました。

It has been 18 years after we built this house.  It is the 2nd time repainting outside.  The paint has been getting better these years and longer the life.  So I told to the staff that ” It would be the last repainting in my life. “, I might be not in live this house when this paint will be getting worse.  I decided to repaint all from the roof to the fence with this feeling.  The color is bit stronger than before but good with the white contrast.
