佐川急便を装った迷惑メッセージが来るようになりました。私は Amazon で頻繁に買い物をするのですが、このようなメッセージは明らかに怪しいです。歳を取ると、こんなことにも騙されるようになるのでしょうか。今はまだ、URL をクリックする前に判断できます。便利になるとその反面、悪いことに利用されてしまいます。今日のクルミはよく眠っています。帰宅した後もあまり遊ぶことができませんでした。湿度が高く、少し不快な天気でした。

Annoying messages disguised as Sagawa Express are now coming. I shop on Amazon a lot, and messages like this are obviously suspicious. Would I be fooled by this as I get older? Now I can still make a decision before clicking the URL. On the other hand, when it becomes convenient, it is used for bad things. Today Kurumi is sleeping well. I couldn’t play much after I got home. The humidity was high and the weather was a bit unpleasant.

散歩していて気持ちの良い朝でした。久しぶりの青空です。いつもと違う道を歩いてみました。天気の良い週末ですが、外出を自粛しています。今日は家中の床にワックスをかけて過ごしました。身体を動かしていると気持ちが良いです。天気も良かったのでワックスは良く乾きました。近くのカフェで一休みです。2 年前に開店したという TENGU Coffee。試飲をさせていただき、インドネシアの豆を買うことにしました。クルミは今日もよく遊び、よく食べ、よく寝ています。

It was a pleasant morning for a walk. It is the blue sky after a long absence. I walked on a different road than usual. It’s a nice weekend, but I refrain from going out. I spent today waxing the floors in my house. It feels good to move my body. The weather was nice so the wax dried well. Take a break at a nearby cafe. TENGU Coffee the owner said to have opened two years ago. I had a tasting and decided to buy Indonesian beans. Kurumi plays a lot, eats a lot, and sleeps a lot today.

最近、妻は漢方薬を服用しています。漢方薬は食前に服用するよう処方されています。食事の 20 分から 30 分前に服用するのですが、ついつい忘れてしまいます。妻が食事の支度をしている時に気をつけるようにしていて、服用を促すようにしています。漢方薬は長く服用する必要があり、もうしばらく続けることになりそうです。クルミは自動掃除機の動きが気になるようですが、吠えることもなく、見ているだけです。この掃除機は静かなので助かります。

Recently, my wife is taking herbal medicine. Chinese herbs are prescribed to be taken before meals. She takes it 20 to 30 minutes before meals, but she just forget about it. I try to be careful when my wife is preparing a meal and encourage her to take it. Chinese herbs need to be taken for a long time and are likely to continue for a while. Kurumi seems to be worried about the movement of the automatic wiping cleaner, but he doesn’t bark and just look at it. This cleaner is quiet, so it helps.

雨の日、家の中でやれることをと思い、今日はキッチンのシンクを掃除しました。そして、水栓の音が気になっていたので、改造して静かになるようにしてみました。昨日、スーパーマーケットで買ってきたバルブを配管の途中に入れて、シンクの水栓は開放に近い状態で使えるようにします。こうすることで、水栓で水を絞った時の音が少なくなります。食事の後、洗い物は私の役目、いつもこの水の音が気になっていました。シンクの下に潜り込んで作業をしていたらクルミも覗きに来ました。

今日は新しく開店したスーパーマーケットに行きました。ペット同伴で入ることができます。開店したのは昨日、平日にもかかわらず多くの人が来ていました。ペットを乗せて買い物ができるカートがあって便利です。クルミはカートが動き出すと自分が歩いているかのように足踏みをしています。多くの品物があって全部を見ることができませんでした。家からは近いのでまた来ることにしましょう。

Today we went to the newly opened supermarket. We can enter with our pet. The store opened yesterday, and many people came even though it was a weekday. It is convenient to have a cart where I can carry my pet for shopping. Kurumi is stepping on like walking when the cart starts to move. There were so many items that I couldn’t see them all. It’s close to my house so let’s come back again.

掃除機をレンタルして 1 週間になります。朝、ドライモードで拭き掃除をすると一日気持ち良く過ごすことができます。動いているのを見ていると飽きないのは今だけかも知れません。廊下の隅も埃を取っています。最後は自動的に充電装置にバックで戻っていくのも面白いです。Google Home との連携もできて、音声で掃除を開始してくれます。クルミは玄関に来ては外に行きたそうにしていました。今日は雨なので出られず、残念でした。ところで、名優の田村正和さんが他界されたことをテレビのニュースで知りました。77 歳だったそうです。どうしても自分の歳を考えてしまいます。あと、10 年、どのように生きようかと。

雨の一日となりました。天気が悪いと散歩に出るのが億劫になってしまいます。スマートウォッチを身につけるようになってから身体をよく動かすようになりました。消費カロリー、運動時間、立っている時間を計測してくれます。3 つのリングを全て完成させることがいつしか目標になってしまいました。そして、この情報を海外に住む息子と共有しているので、お互いに張り合いになっています。息子にしてみれば親の状況も確認できる道具になっているかも知れません。外に出られない日は室内ウォーキングでリングを完成させています。クルミは今朝も早起きでした。私は Six Pad も毎日のエクセサイズに使っています。

It measures calories burned, exercise time, and standing time. One day my goal was to complete all three rings. And since I share this information with my son he lives overseas, we are in competition with each other. For my son, it may be a tool that can check the situation of his parent. On days when I can’t go out, I complete the ring by walking indoors. Kurumi got up early this morning as well. I also use the Six Pad for daily exercise.

今日は雨は降らず、曇り空の一日でした。朝、散歩をしているとツバメを多く見かけるようになりました。我が家の玄関先にもツバメが巣を作った時期がありますが、最近は来ません。この時期は巣作りで忙しい様子です。テレビのニュースではコロナウイルスのワクチン接種予約が大規模接種会場で始まったことを報じています。予約はインターネットか LINE のアプリケーションだけでしか行えないとのことで高齢者のなかにはは混乱する人も多いようです。世の中の流れに私も一生懸命ついて行きます。クルミは今日も食欲旺盛、元気な日を送っています。

There was a time when swallows made nests at the front door of my house, but they haven’t come recently. It looks like they are busy building nests during this time. The news reports on TV that coronavirus vaccination appointments have begun at large-scale vaccination sites in Tokyo and Osaka. It seems that many elderly people are confused because reservations can only be made via the Internet or the LINE application. I will keep up with the technology in the world. Kurumi has a strong appetite and a healthy day today.

雨が降り出さないうちに車のエアコンフィルターを交換しました。ダッシュボードの下に潜り込んで作業をします。仰向けの姿勢にならないとパネルを取り付けているネジを外すことができません。これで明日から少し安心してエアコンを使うことができます。半年前に再度始めたアマチュア無線で交信した無線局から交信証が届きました。50 年前に開局した当時は毎日多くの局と交信したのを思い出しています。今日は曇り時々雨という日曜日になりました。クルミは今日も元気です。

I replaced the air conditioner filter in my car before it started to rain. Work by sneaking under the dashboard. I cannot remove the screws that attach the panel unless I am in a supine position. Now I can use the air conditioner with a little peace of mind from tomorrow. I received a communication certificate from a radio station that communicated with amateur radio, which I started again half a year ago. I remember communicating with many stations every day when I started 50 years ago. Today was a cloudy and sometimes rainy Sunday. Kurumi is fine today with appetite.

今年は梅雨入りが早いとニュースで言っています。今日は晴れたのですが、明日から天気は下り坂、来週にでも梅雨に入るかも知れません。今日は 10 日後のワクチン接種会場を見てきました。既に接種が始まっています。今回のワクチンは 3 週間開けて 2 回目も受ける必要があります。私の家からこの会場までは歩いて来ることができるので助かります。ワクチンについて多くのことが話されています。でも私は恐れずに接種を受けます。雨の季節になる前、クルミとたくさん庭で遊んでやろうと思います。

The news says that the rainy season will be early this year. It was sunny today, but the weather will be going down from tomorrow, and the rainy season may start next week already.
