今日も朝から 30℃を超える暑い日でした。庭の睡蓮鉢の水を飲む蜂の姿がありました。この蜂は毎日、私が睡蓮鉢の水を足していると飛んできて水を飲んでいます。きっと近くに巣があるのかも知れません。今日はオンラインの会議が夕方まで無かったのでダイニングに引っ越しして仕事をしました。書斎のあるベッドルームのエアコンを止めておくことができます。そしてクルミの近くで仕事をしていたので、クルミとも時々、おもちゃで遊ぶことができました。

It was a hot day over 30 degrees Celsius from the morning. There was a bee drinking water from a water lily pot in the garden. This bee flies and drinks water every day when I add water to the water lily pot. Maybe there is a nest nearby. I didn’t have an online meeting until the evening today, so I moved to the dining room to work. Then I can turn off the air conditioner in the bedroom where my desk is located. And since I was working near Kurumi, I was able to play with him from time to time with toys.

今月も特定患者さん向けの献血に行ってきました。日にちを指定されてきますので、午前中はお休みをいただくこととしました。記録を見てみるとちょうど一ヶ月周期で要請がきています。同じ患者さんなのかは分かりませんが、自分が誰かのために生きていることを実感できる時です。この患者さんが回復されて、来月は要請が来ないことを祈っています。今日も暑い一日でした。短い時間でしたが、クルミと遊ぶ時間が持てて良かったです。

I went to donate blood for specific patients this month as well. Since the date was specified, I decided to take a half day off in the morning. Looking at the records, there are requests every month. I don’t know if they are the same patient, but it’s time to realize that I’m living for someone else. I hope the patient will be recovered and there will be no requests next month. It was a hot day today as well. It was a short time, but it was nice to have time to play with Kurumi.

今日も暑い日で、日中は 33 ℃まで気温が上がりました。まだ少し涼しい朝のうちに散歩をして道端に咲く雑草の花を見ていました。見上げると快晴の空です。そして樫の木には緑色の木の実ができていました。クルミは今日もおもちゃで遊んでいました。週末は家でのんびり、明日からまた頑張ります。

It’s been sunny and full-scale summer has arrived today. I spent today remembering a passage from the book.

今日、関東地方が梅雨明けしたそうです。朝から夏の日差しが降り注ぐ暑い日になりました。庭の芝を見ると、もう雑草がすくすくとのびています。芝の生育に比べると数倍の速さが見られます。午後はクルミと一緒に郊外のカフェに行ってみました。友達に紹介された場所です。古くは骨董商を営んでおられたようですが、今は美味しいコーヒーと軽食を提供されています。時々開催するというコーヒー講習会も行っているようで早速申し込んできました。当日が今から楽しみです。

It seems that the rainy season has ended in the Kanto region today. It’s been a hot day with summer sunshine from this morning. Looking at the lawn in the garden, weeds are already growing. It is several times faster than the growth of turf. In the afternoon, we went to a cafe in the suburbs with Kurumi. This is the place introduced by a friend. It used to be an antique shop, but now it offers delicious coffee and light meals. The owner is also services a coffee class that is opened occasionally, so I applied immediately in August class. I’m looking forward to the day comes.

朝から雨が降っていました。その雨が昼前に豪雨となりました。短時間で止んだ雨の後は晴れ間が出てきました。気温は高かったのですが、比較的乾燥して過ごしやすい午後でした。今日は午前中だけ会社に出て仕事をして、帰宅途中に寄り道、久しぶりに会った友人と会話を楽しむことができました。クルミは今日もおもちゃで遊んでいます。夕食後はソファーの上で私たちの間で眠ってしまいました。

The temperature was high, but it was a relatively dry and comfortable afternoon. Today I went to work only in the morning and was able to enjoy a time on my way home and have a conversation with a friend. Kurumi is fine playing with toys today again. After dinner he fell asleep on the sofa between us.

クルミは今日も元気です。朝の食事を終えるとすぐに玩具箱を覗き込んでいました。最近は自宅にいる時間が増えたので、クルミは私とよく遊びます。午後は少し遠くのショッピングモールまで買い物に行きました。ここにはクルミを預けることができるのでクルミも一緒です。一時預かりの手続きをしているとクルミは察知したのか私を見つめていました。まるで「置いていかないで」と言っているようでした。犬は人間の言葉をしゃべることができませんが、これだけ永く一緒に生活していると気持ちが通い合うようになって楽しいです。

Kurumi is fine today. As soon as he finished his morning meal, he was looking into the toy box. Kurumi often plays with me because I spend more time at home these days. In the afternoon, we went shopping to a shopping mall a little far away from home. There is a shop we can leave Kurumi here, so Kurumi was with us. Kurumi was staring at me because he noticed that he will be kept here. He was like saying, “Don’t leave me.” Dogs can’t speak human language, but it’s fun to be able to communicate with each other after living together for such a long time.

今朝は 3km 歩くことができました。平均 14 分で 1km を歩くと汗をかいてしまいます。気温はさほど高くなかったのですが、湿度が高いのでマスクをしていると息苦しくなってしまいます。歩いていて朝顔の綺麗な花を見つけることができました。午後は急な雷雨に驚きましたが、夕方にはやんで、少し涼しくなってきました。クルミは今日もたくさん遊んでたくさん眠っています。明日もまた楽しくやりましょう。

I was able to walk 3km this morning. Walking 1km in an average of 14 minutes that make me sweat. The temperature wasn’t very high, but the humidity is so high that it makes me suffocate when I wear a mask. I was able to find a beautiful flower of the morning glory while walking. I was surprised by the sudden thunderstorm in the afternoon, but it stopped in the evening and it became a little cooler. Kurumi is playing a lot and sleeping a lot today as well. Let’s have fun again tomorrow.

今日は会社で仕事をしました。今朝の通勤途上のことです、私の前に急に車が割り込んできました。幸い、事故にはなりませんでしたが、少し怖い思いをしました。クラクションを鳴らすとお互いに嫌な気分になってもいけないので、そのまま、私は安全運転を続けました。割り込んできた車の運転手はきっと急いでいたのでしょう。帰宅後、短い時間でしたが、クルミと遊ぶ時間が持てました。明日も良い日でありますように。

I worked at a company office today. On my way to work this morning, a car suddenly broke in front of me. Fortunately, it didn’t cause an accident, but I was a little scared. I didn’t want feel uncomfortable when I honked the horn, so I just continued to drive safely. The driver of the car that interrupted must have been in a hurry. It was a short time after I got home, but I had time to play with Kurumi. May tomorrow be a good day.

芝を刈った翌朝は必ず鳥がやってきます。芝から顔を出すミミズや虫が目当てのようです。我が家の庭には多くのミミズがいます。土壌を良くしてくれているようですが、おかげで雑草も早く育ってしまいます。クルミは久しぶりにおもちゃ箱に興味を示していました。自分で取り出すことができないので、箱をひっくり返してやります。そして気に入ったおもちゃを自分で選んで遊びます。今日は朝から暑い日になりました。夕方からの雷雨がやんだ後は少し涼しくなりました。梅雨明けがもうすぐです。

Birds always come the next morning after mowing the lawn. It seems that they are looking for earthworms and insects that come out of the grass. There are many earthworms in my garden. It seems to improve the soil, but thanks to that, weeds grow faster also. Kurumi has been interested in toy boxe today. He can’t take toys out himself, so I’ll flip the box over for him. Then choose his favorite toys and play. It’s been a hot day since morning. It became a little cooler after stop the thunderstorm in the evening. The end of the rainy season is just around the corner.
