私が会社で仕事をしている間に妻がクルミくんを迎えに行ってくれました。クルミくんは昼前に退院して家に帰ってきました。まだ傷跡の抜糸が終わっていないのでカラーを巻いて生活しなければなりませんが、病院のせまいケージから出ることができてクルミくんはうれしそうです。食欲もあり、体重も減っていないので安心しています。手術した箇所が気になっているのか片足を上げて歩いていますが、きっとそのうちに良くなることと思います。家族が揃って生活できることに感謝します。
My wife went to pick up Kurumi while I was at work. Kurumi was discharged from the hospital before noon and came back to home. He still has to wear a collar because the stitches for his scar have not been removed yet, but he seems happy to be out of the hospital’s cramped cage. We are relieved that he has a good appetite and has not lost any weight. He is walking with one leg raised, as if he is worried about his surgical operation, but I am sure it will get better in time. I am thankful that we can live together as a family again.
