今月から自転車に乗る時にヘルメットを着用することが義務化となりました。私も早速、ヘルメットを購入しましたが、まだ、着用している人は少ないようです。
昨年、日本人の人口は 70 万人減少したそうです。そして、海外から日本に住む人は 20 万人増えました。70 万人というと高知県の人口に匹敵します。一つの県が 1 年で消滅したと考えると驚きです。政府は少子化対策に躍起となっています。
