ゴールデンウィークの前半を箱根の温泉で過ごすことにしました。今朝は少しゆっくりしてから家を出たので高速道路の渋滞も解消されていました。自宅付近は曇り空でしたが箱根は雨でした。今日は宿の　温泉に入り、のんびりとしています。明日は雨が上がっていることを願っています。途中のドッグカフェでクルミと一緒に昼食としました。数年間にあったメニューが無くなっていて残念です。コロナウィルスの感染が始まってからメニューを少なくしたとのことです。閉業したお店もあり、残念なことです。

We decided to spend the first half of Golden Week at the hot springs in Hakone. I left home a little late in this morning, so the traffic on the highway was cleared. It was cloudy near my house, but it was raining in by Hakone. Today, we took the hot springs of the inn and relaxed. I hope it will stop raining tomorrow. We had lunch with Kurumi at a dog cafe on the way. It's a pity that the menu that has been around for several years is gone. It is said that the number of meals have been reduced since the coronavirus infection began. It's a pity that some shops have closed.

昨日の嵐のような天気は一転して今朝は快晴の青空となりました。そんな気持ちの良い天気に誘われて早朝の散歩を楽しむことができました。穏やかな天気の日はクルミの容体も安定しているようです。そして、クルミは陽の暖かさを求めて、今朝は勝手口の近くで眠ってしまいました。息子夫婦と一緒に休日を楽しんでいます。彼らは近くのショッピングセンターで買い物を楽しんでいました。折りしも急激な円安が進んでいて、外貨での買い物にはメリットがあります。

The stormy weather yesterday turned into a clear blue sky this morning. I was invited by such pleasant weather to enjoy an early morning walk. Kurumi seems to be stable on mild weather days. And he fell asleep near the back door this morning in search of the warmth of the sun. We are enjoying our holiday with my son and his wife. They enjoyed shopping at a nearby shopping center. The yen is depreciating sharply, and there are advantages to shopping in foreign currencies.

ゴールデンウィークの初日、都心で泊まっていた息子夫婦を迎えに行きました。都心に向かう高速道路は空いていましたが、反対方向は渋滞が始まっていました。新型コロナウィルスの感染が始まって以来、今年は何の制限も無い連休となったために多くの人が旅行をするようになりました。残念ながら天気は下り坂、午後からは雨となりました。そして気温も下がったためかクルミは元気がなく、眠そうにしています。

And probably because the temperature has dropped, Kurumi is not feeling well and he is sleepy.

早朝の散歩を楽しみました。最近は鶯が上手に鳴くようになってきました。鳥の声を聞きながらの散歩は癒されます。今週はツツジの花が満開になってきました。今日は出社の日、クルミとの時間は少ししか取れませんでした。今日は少し涼しく、湿度も低く、とても過ごしやすい日でした。明日からのゴールデンウィークを前に、テレビでは来週の天気予報を放送していました。

I enjoyed an early morning walk. Recently, the bush warbler has begun to sing well. The walk while listening to the voice of the bird is healed. The azalea flowers are in full bloom this week. Today I worked at the office, and I had little time with Kurumi. Today was a little cool, the humidity was low and it was a very comfortable day. Before Golden Week from tomorrow, the weather forecast for next week was broadcast on TV.

クルミはトリミングの日です。妻と私も一緒にトリマーさんとお話しをすることができました。クルミが癲癇であろうことを話すと、丁寧に聞いていただけました。発作が起きそうだったらいつでもお互いに連絡を取り合って、トリミングを快適にしてもらいたいと話していただき、妻と私は安心しました。クルミはさっぱりして、疲れたのか帰宅してからはよく眠っていました。都心のホテルで過ごしている息子夫婦が金曜から我が家に再来です。来週のゴールデンウィークを一緒に過ごします。少し天気が心配ですが、おもてなし、今から楽しみです。

I’m a little worried about the weather, but I’m looking forward to the hospitality and fun time with them.

数日前の寒さに戻ることが無くなって安心しています。今日は夕方から雨になりました。この雨は明日まで続くようです。今年のゴールデンウィークは天気が良くないようです。いちごの花、すずらんの花、どちらも白くてきれいです。すずらんは近づくと仄かな香りを楽しむことができます。クルミと遊ぶ時間が持てました。ランチを食べている間、クルミは吠えて甘えていました。雨の夜になりますが、このまま元気に過ごせることを願います。

今日はまた初夏の暑さが訪れてきました。クルミの容体は安定しています。やはり、天候に左右されるようです。昨日から飲み始めた薬の効果も出てきているようですが、もう少し様子を見る必要がありそうです。近くのカフェには氷と書かれた布が飾られました。昨年からオーナーが始めたサービスです。朝の散歩を済ませて、私は一日中書斎で仕事でした。

It seems that the effects of the medicines he started taking yesterday are coming out, but I think we need to take a closer look for awhile. The nearby cafe was decorated with a cloth labeled Ice. This service was started by the owner from last year. After taking a walk in the morning, I worked in the study all day long.

クルミが我が家に来て以来、獣医の K 医師に診てもらっています。今朝、クルミを連れて K 医師を訪ねました。最近の症状をお話しして、クルミは癲癇の持病を持っていることが考えられてきました。時々、引付けを起こしたり、急にぼんやりしたり、そんな症状から診断されました。大きな発作を起こすことが無いので、先ずは 2 週間、脳圧を下げる薬を処方していただくこととなりました。最近の天候不純もクルミにとっては辛いのでしょう。この薬で少しでも良くなってくれることを願っています。

From time to time, he was diagnosed with the symptoms of attraction, sudden vagueness, and so on. Since Kurumi doesn’t have any major seizures, He had to prescribe a drug that lowers intracranial pressure for two weeks. The recent impure weather may be difficult for Kurumi. We hope this medicine will improve him even a little.

今日も初夏の暑さとなりました。クルミは暑がる素振りは見せていませんが少し元気がありません。時々起きてきて遊ぶのですが、直ぐにまた横になってしまいます。クルミが元気でないと心配です。明日もこのような状態なら獣医に診てもらおうと思います。小さな身体のクルミはこの天候不順な時期は辛いのかも知れません。家の窓を開けて涼しい空気を入れてやりました。

I opened the windows of the house and let in some cool air for him.

朝起きて、カーテンを開けた時に青空が見えると嬉しくなります。今月になって晴れた日は少なく、今朝は気持ちの良い青空を望むことができました。散歩をしていると木々の若葉も喜んでいるようでした。庭のイチゴの苗にも花が目立ってきています。クルミは久しぶりに庭で遊ぶことができて嬉しそうでした。昨日までは 3 月の寒さ、今日は 6 月の陽気。ちょうど良い天気になってほしいものです。

It makes me happy to see the blue sky when I wake up in the morning and open the curtains. There were few sunny days this month, and I was able to see a pleasant blue sky this morning. The young leaves of the trees seemed to be happy when I was taking a walk. Flowers are also prominent in the strawberry seedlings in the garden. Kurumi looked happy to be able to play in the garden. It was cold as in March until yesterday and cheerful in June today. I want the weather to be just right.
