不覚にも風邪をひいてしまいました。近くの内科医で薬を処方していただき、今日は少しのんびりです。発熱は無く、インフルエンザでなかったので明日からの出張は予定通りの行動とします。

I unfortunately had cold this week.  I saw my doctor and got medicine today.  Just took rest and hoping get well soon I need move to Yamagata tomorrow.

初夏のような気温となった今日、金魚を睡蓮鉢に引っ越ししてもらいました。暖かくなるとすぐに蚊が出てきます。これまで部屋の中で一緒に生活してくれた 3 匹の金魚たち、少し朝夕は寒いですが、我慢してください。そして株分けした睡蓮鉢にはメダカを入れてみました。小さなメダカたち、活躍が期待されます。

Three golden fishes move to outside today.  It is coming the season we have mosquitoes soon.  They have spent time with us in house this winter season.  It is still cool at evening and morning but please play and swim at the pod.  I then bought small fishes to the other pod that I sprit the plant.

狂犬病予防接種を受けました。毎年義務付けられたいます。プリン、クルミ共に痛がることなく無事に完了です。小さな身体に注射針が刺さる時は私たちもつい目を閉じてしまいます。この後は少し安静です。

Purin and Kurumi needed to have the hydrophobia vaccination yesterday.  This is a mandatory in Japan annually for the dog.  I and wife closed the eye when the needle putted to the small body.  Let them have rest after this.

数ヶ月かかって除菌してきました。昨日の検査で陰性、見事に除菌できました！一次除菌は失敗したのですが、今回の二次除菌で成功です。先生は除菌後の胃液増加に気をつけることを示唆されました。私は逆流性食道炎を患っています。少し心配になりましたが、毎年の定期検診を継続します。

This second elimination the Helicobacter pylori was successfully done.  I failed at the 1st process but now completed.  I anyway continue receive the annual check due to my other problem that is oesophagitis.  Let me keep care my body enjoy life.

地域の高齢化に伴って、ボランティアで認知症の方々を面倒みるカフェがこの自治会にあることを知りました。受け入れていただける施設が限られてくる現状、このような地域密接の活動を知って嬉しく思います。

I found out the small place where the volunteer receives couple of aged person in this residence.  It has been an issue in Japan the average age is getting higher and higher.  There is a limited place receiving those aged people.  It is good we have this small place even just a day in a week such person can spend time.

今週後半から気温が急激に高くなり、この地域でも桜が満開となりました。庭の花々も綺麗です。チューリップのツボミも大きくなってきました。

It has been increasing the temperature since Wednesday.  We are now seeing cherry blossoms fully in this area.  I see my garden also getting more flowers.

庭に花を追加しようと、園芸店に出かけました。ウィズガーデンという店は以前から利用させてもらっています。レストランが併設されていて、今日は午後のお茶としました。店の担当者と庭の手入れについて話しをすることもできました。暖かくなったらテラスを掃除して犬たちを遊ばせる、そんな計画を練っています。

Making a plan dogs to play at our terrace when weather gets more warm.  To discuss this plan, we visited to the shop where we have been using these days.  The shop has a restaurant.  We took tea and sweet this afternoon.  It is a good place to talk with the representative while we enjoy tea.  Exciting to make this plan to be real.

この週末も気温が低い日となりました。低気圧が太平洋側を通り、上空には寒気が居座ったようで、日差しはあったのですが、肌寒い週末となりました。庭の芝や花芽に目をやると春になっているのが分かります。芝にはグリーンが見え始めています。

It was bit cool on this weekend.  Saturday morning was rainy and it has been lower temperature today on Sunday, too.  However if I looked my garden the spring is there flowers are now blooming but the cherry trees are not blooming this area yet.  I saw green color at my yard.

朝起きると外は雪混じりの雨、とっても寒い日曜日となりました。春は本当に天気が安定しません。太平洋側を通過した低気圧は上空の寒気と合わさって今日のみぞれとなったようです。午後から火を入れたストーブに助けられました。そんな日曜、タイヤ交換、結局、今シーズンは雪道を一度も走ることはありませんでした。

Surprisingly it was rain with some snow this morning.  The springs makes any weather actually.  I then put fire to the stove this afternoon dogs were happy with the heating.  I anyway change the tire from winter to summer today.  I did not drive the road with snow this season.

東京では桜の開花宣言がありました。私の住む地域ではもう少し先になりそうです。そんな週末、庭の花々を撮ってみました。

It was announced that the cherry blossoms this week in Tokyo.  I then also looked my garden took some pictures.  Getting more flowers from now on.
