今日のクルミはトリミングに行きました。月に一度の大嫌いな時間です。トリマーさんを困らせるようで思ったようにカットしてくれません。無理矢理は可哀想ですが、他の犬は大人しくしているのに、クルミは少しわがままに育ってしまいました。でも、シャンプーしてもらってさっぱりしました。
Kurumi went trimming (haircut) today. It’s a time he hate once a month. It seems to bother trimmer and doesn’t cut his hair as I expected. I’m sorry to force him, but Kurumi has grown up a little selfishly, even though the other dogs are quiet. But he got shampoo and it was refreshing.
今朝もクルミは首の周りをマッサージしてもらって気持ちよさそうにしていました。今日も元気なクルミです。いつものように朝食を食べて一眠りしてしまいます。11 歳を過ぎてから睡眠時間がとっても長くなったように思えます。

スマートスピーカーを使って FM 放送を聞いています。音声で選局できるので便利です。ところが、先週から「この地域ではその局に接続できません」と言うメッセージが出るようになりました。dadiko というアプリケーションです。ネットで同じ問題を抱えた記事を見て、私も調べてみたら、ここは大阪地域となっていました。宅内のネットワーク環境は変更していないのですが、IPS 側で何かがあったのかも知れません。サポートページから正しい地域を入力しておきました。数日で修復できるとのことでしたが、夜には修復されていました。おかしなことが起きますね。
I’m listening to FM broadcasts using my smart speaker. It is convenient because I can select the channel by voice. However, from last week, I started getting a message saying “Can’t connect to that station in this area.” It is an application called dadiko. I saw an article on the internet that had the same problem, and when I looked it up, here is in the Osaka area. I haven’t changed the network environment in my house, but there may have been something on the IPS side. I have entered the correct region from the support page. It can be repaired in a few days that the site says but already fixed in the evening a few hours later. Weird things happen.
クルミの夕食時刻は 6 時に決めています。クルミには時間が分かるのでしょうか 5 時半を過ぎると眠りから覚めてご飯の催促を始めます。催促といっても騒ぐのでは無く、人の顔を見つめているだけです。ずっと見ていられると可哀想になってしまうのですが、こちらも我慢です。時間は守るようにしています。夕食後はお気に入りのおもちゃで遊びます。そしてまたストーブの前で眠ってしまいます。
Kurumi’s dinner time is set at 6 PM. Kurumi might know the time. After 5:30 PM, he wakes up from sleep and start urging food. He doesn’t make noise, but he just stare at wife’s faces. It makes us feel sorry if we can watch him all the time, but we are patient. We try to keep time. After dinner, play with his favorite toys. And again he fall asleep in front of the stove.
今日は久しぶりの出社日だったので、クルミとの時間は少しでした。クルミは一日に二食の生活をしています。帰宅したらちょうど夕食時、おねだりをしているクルミがかわいいです。夕食後は少し一緒に遊べましたね。そして直ぐに眠りについています。私は夕方に散歩をしてみました。今日は天気の変化が激しい一日でした。歩いていて夕陽に染まる雲がきれいで、しばし眺めていました。
Today was my business day at office, so I had a little time with Kurumi. He has two meals a day. When I get home, Kurumi was begging for dinner are cute. After dinner, we were able to play together for a while. And soon he is asleep. I took a walk in the evening. Today was a day of drastic changes in the weather. As I was walking, the clouds dyed in the setting sun were beautiful and I was looking at them for a while.
今朝、散歩をしていたら、紅梅が咲いていました。まだ寒い朝なのですが、花の色に暖かさを感じます。早いもので今日から 2 月になります。コロナの騒ぎで一年が過ぎました。そしてまだまだこの窮屈な生活は続きそうです。帰宅すると直ぐにクルミが甘えにきました。起きている時は必ずといっていいくらい側にいます。クルミはおもちゃが好きで、今朝は私の横で仕切りに遊んでいました。
When I was taking a walk this morning, red plums were in bloom. It’s still a cold morning, but I feel the warmth of the flowers. It is February from today already. A year has passed due to the corona turmoil. And this cramped life is likely to continue. As soon as I got home, Kurumi came to spoil. He is almost always on my side when he is awake. Kurumi likes toys and this morning he was playing it next to me.
クルミは潜り込んで眠れるベッドが好きです。今朝も食事の後はお気に入りのでベッドに潜って眠っていました。でも今日は月に一度の定期検査の日、近くの獣医を訪ねました。待っている間、近くの河川敷を散歩、その後は待合室で静かに待っていました。先生に検査をしてもらい「異常なし」の言葉をいただくことができましたね。よく食べてよく寝るクルミは健康す。
Kurumi likes beds where he can sneak in and sleep. He slept in bed this morning because he likes it after eating. But today we visited a nearby veterinarian on the day of the monthly regular inspection. While we were waiting, we took a walk on the nearby riverside and then quietly waited in the waiting room. He was able to get the teacher to inspect and say “no abnormality”. Kurumi he eats well and sleeps well is healthy.
今日も寒い一日でした。私たちが外出なのでクルミは家で留守番をしていました。こんな日は帰宅してからオヤツをねだります。そして安心したかのように私の膝で一眠りするクルミです。犬を飼っていると留守にするのが心配ですが、仕方のないことですね。留守番をしてくれたことに感謝しています。今日も穏やかな日を過ごすことができて感謝しています。
It was a cold day today as well. Kurumi was staying at home because we were out. On a day like this, he’ll ask for a snack after we get home. And Kurumi sleeps on my lap as if he was relieved. I’m worried that I go away if I have a dog, but it can’t be helped. Thank you for his staying home. I am grateful to have a calm day today.
今日は北風が強い一日でした。陽が入る部屋は暖かく、のんびりできました。そんな暖かい陽の光に誘われて庭に出た一時、クルミは楽しそうでしたね。今日も私は自宅で一日を過ごしました。緊急事態はまだ解消されそうにありません。
Today was a day with a strong north wind. The room where the sun entered was warm and relaxing. I was invited by such warm sunlight to go out to the garden, Kurumi seemed to be fun. I spent the day at home today as well. The emergency is not likely to be resolved yet.
今日はまた寒さが戻ってきて、午後は雪も舞いました。薪ストーブの暖かさがほしくて午後早くから薪に火を入れています。こんな寒い日はずっと昼寝をしているクルミです。今日は赤いセーター、見るからに暖かそうですね。
