高いね！と言いながら、スチームでパンを美味しく、という謳い文句に魅力を感じて 2 年以上前にオーブントースターを購入しました。昨日、購入した量販店からのダイレクトメール、この製品を回収、交換するとのことです。水を入れて沸騰させ、そのスチームでパンをふっくらさせますが、その機構に問題が発生しそうだとのことです。メーカーからも直接電話連絡が来ました。製品登録をしておくことの大切さ、メーカーの姿勢など、考えさせられました。一方、車のエァーバックも回収対象なのですが、昨年暮れから部品供給待ちで、未だ対応されていません。
About 2 years ago we decided to buy the oven toaster even it was quite expensive because the feature using the steam makes bread softly. I received the mail from the shop that this model is now under the recall replace to the latest one by fixing the steam function. I also received the direct call from the manufacture. It is important to register the product and good to know the manufacture’s way of business. On the other hand I have been waiting the parts for the air bag since last year, my car needs to be also recalled.
