It has been about 43 years since I joined to the first company in 1975 April.&nbsp; I will be 64 on June this year and the retirement age became now 65 this company.&nbsp; I have decided to change the gear position to lower speed of my life at this stage.&nbsp; I really hope be able to contribute society using my skill and experience.&nbsp; I am glad to receive other offer even it is the part time work at this company.&nbsp; Let me keep more time for my family from now on.&nbsp;
