1975 年 4 月に社会人生活を始めてから 43 年が経ちます。今日をもって正社員という形での社会人生活に終止符を打つこととしました。当時は定年が 55 歳が当たり前でしたが、今では 65 歳となりました。私は今年の 6 月で 64 歳を迎えます。この辺りで、将来を見据えて少しアクセルを緩め、スローライフへのギアポジションを選ぶこととしました。とても有難いことなのですが、これまでの職場、会社で引き続き、お手伝いさせていただける機会を得ました。パートタイムですが、私に社会貢献できるならとても幸せなことです。そして、これからは家族のために多くの時間を割こうと思います。これまで一緒に時間を共にしていただいた方々に感謝して止みません。
I finished the work (as the official employee) today. It has been about 43 years since I joined to the first company in 1975 April. I will be 64 on June this year and the retirement age became now 65 this company. I have decided to change the gear position to lower speed of my life at this stage. I really hope be able to contribute society using my skill and experience. I am glad to receive other offer even it is the part time work at this company. Let me keep more time for my family from now on. Best wish to all.

私が前職でお会いしたのは1992年です。
その三年後に技術部に移動して、一時は上司として仕事をさせて頂く様になりました。
途中、違う部署や違う会社での時間もありましたが、考えてみれば20年余り、仕事に対する情熱や人に対する思いやりの心を常に感じながら人間として成長出来た気がします。
昨日までは同じ会社の社員で、今日からは立場は違えど同じ目標を持って仕事をさせていだだける事に感謝します。
引き続き宜しくお願い致します。

うちのみみと同じ獣医さんに行かれてるんですね！
みみは身体がやや弱いこともあり8年の間にかれこれ50回以上通院してまして
先日まで保護したはやとの里親募集パネルを貼ってもらってました。
（偶然にもはやとは都内で消化器内科をされているお医者さんの息子になることになりました）
今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

The graduation ceremony was closed in warm and enjoyable atmosphere just as reflecting your character.
And the news that you will carry on staying on the stage gives me a great relief. (Because I’ve been involved in the complicated KAIZEN as you know.)
As I’ve looked through your blog, I noticed that the animal hospital your dogs are going is my cat’s “home hospital”!
As my cat is somewhat physically delicate and her immunity is not that tough due to her nature, she’s gone to the hospital for over 50times in 8 years.
There was “Foster parents Wanted” poster at the side of the auto door in that hospital until the other day, by which seeking a home for my rescued cat, Hayato.
(Coincidentally, Hayato will be a son of medical doctor who runs Gastroenterology clinic in central Tokyo.)
